Once again, Collin James gave us an outstanding evening!! Thanks again Collin..... do you remember performing at the Old Scotch in downtown Calgary... back in the 80's? You are like a fine wine... it just keeps getting better and better.
It's fabulous when you can go to a show that's not about lights and special effects. This was just the music, guitar playing, singing. Quality show, everything we expected and more!
Colin James did not disappoint his fans last night who packed the Jubilee Auditorium. He was truly amazing and is a master of his many guitars. Wonderful show!!
My husband and I have been fans for 15 years. We have seen Colin James at least 12 times in a variety of venues, from the Coca Cola stage at the Stampede to numerous times at the Jube. We have seen him do his rock & roll, to the big band stuff. His talent is impressive.
Colin james was extraordinary once again. The sounds at the Jube wasn't as good as Jack Singer, where i saw him last, but he rocked!! He is so talented and finds that good balance with his crowd. There was a large range of attendees so that shows his large reach.
Colin James at the Jube last night was well worth the pric of admission! I have seen him before but in this show he really spent efort to bring the crowd into a more initmate show. The sound wasn't very loud but it proved to be a great choice as you could clealy distinguish every instrument for 95% of the show. He also took care to cover the full spectrum of his musical style with a couple of the little big band tunes, and the rest with a great mix of his blues and more pop styles. All in all a great evening with a great guitarist. I'd do it again in a second..
I have been a Colin James Fans for more years than I can remember and he is always the Brillant showman. He is Amazing. From his earlier days to his Big Band sound Colin never disappoints to get you ROCKING along with him. He is brillant on his many guitars. Love Loved the show!

The real answer is No, because I don't any newcomers beating me to the tickets to the next performance by Colin James. Whatta showman !, whatta talent !, and a great band to boot. Last night's performance was top notch entertainment in both rhythm and blues and rock 'n roll. Keep up the fantastic work Colin, and continue bringing the Little Big Band sound on your winter visits.

I think Colin James is an awesome talent I have seen Colin numerous times and have always enjoyed his shows.I would like to see him live more often.Good luck with his tour.
Once again a master at music to say the least! Venue was awesome and Colin never stopped for a moment. Would recommend seeing him any where you can. One of Canada's top musicians! Only the sound could have been a bit bettter!
Finally went to see Colin James! We were very pleased, wonderful venue, great sound, and best of all Colin was excellent!
Colin James is an amazing talent, not a show off but a true professional who clearly loves what he does for a living. The was not a bad moment in the show. The venue was perfect - more personal and close up then a stadium and the sound was awesome. His choice of Suzie McNeil as an opening act was wise - she has great vocal chops and is another Canadian talent to watch out for. The only problem was the overly aggressive security guys. Can't wait til Colin comes back this way!
This was a great, great, great! All of us had a wonderful time, this was my boyfriends first concert and he loved it. We took my parents as part of their Christmas present and my mom has a new found love of Suzy McNeil now.
Colin James was fabulous!!! The sound at the community theatre was great and it was a cozy atmosphere. Some of us could not contain ourselves from getting out of our seats and dancing along the side isles. You have to dance to his music. I would definately see him again. This was my third time but he is such a good entertainer.
Colin James put on a great show!!! What a talent.. he sounds amazing live! Everytime we see him perfom live we are never disappointed! Look forward to seeing him again in the Okanagan..

The concert was fantastic. The guitars, Sax and horns the best. Unfortunately the vocals were constantly over shawdowed by the instruments. You couldn't hear the vocals on many songs. I will definitly attend the next time he's in town.

This is my third time to see Colin James. He is amazing. I really enjoyed the show. I was thrilled with the meet and greet after the show. How awesome it was for Colin to chat with his fans. I was one of the lucky ones to get a poster signed and chat. Great Guy- Love em!
