On 9/11, the world stopped. On 9/12, their stories moved us all.
Sound system did not adequately amplify lyrics which made the songs hard to understand. Stage was too far away for us so not ideal venue to appreciate a live performance. Some side screens would have helped with subtitles.
This was by far the best thing I’ve ever seen in my life and I’ve seen stuff! But seriously, I had chills and goose bumps from start to finish. They truly take you on the journey with them and capture the spirit in ways I couldn’t imagine. The cast, the musicians, the simple set of table and chairs that transforms you from a Tims to a bus to an airplane is truly amazing. Best show ever!

Surely Scotiabank Centre can come up with better seating than the foldup chairs we had to sit on - and this at $400 per ticket! They were narrow so the larger folks spilled over their seats onto the adjacent ones and we were all sitting shoulder to shoulder with not an inch of room to move.
We’re amazed how a few chairs and tables can become planes, a restaurant and churches etc. we had a fabulous time.
It was awesome. The energy of the cast was unbelievable. They went continuous for the whole show. Their accents were spot on, the story was true. We shared laughs and tears. I've seen it on TV but that was nothing compared to the live show.
Excellent performance. Seats were over $150 each and we were on the floor and could barely see the performance. There are so many of us that couldn’t even get a clear view. Not acceptable at that price point.
Brilliant performance! From the first few moments of the show, flashbacks of all the good, bad & ugly of that horrific day/week brought back many memories and emotions! The continuity/flow & the amazing talent…. Superb!! Bravo to all involved!!
The staff was very friendly. The set up for the venue was nice and gave it real theater feeling. The Come From Away show was incredibly entertaining with top notch performers
Outstanding performance. From the cast to the lighting and musical experience. Another great Broadway experience away from Broadway. A must see for all ages.

Re: visibility enhancement required Considering the size of Scotia Centre, I feel it would be most beneficial to patrons if jumbo trons were installed for those who are seated in higher level (rows) seats.

Honestly, I was expecting it to be just "ok"due to all the hype around the show! I was pleasantly surprised and we had a wonderful time! It was simple but yet, fun and even emotional at times. It was refreshing to see such a diverse bunch portray the stories. It made it real!
By half way through the opening number, Welcome to the Rock, I was in love. I was also close to tearing up. The fact that the musical was based on true events, and that I am from Atlantic Canada with roots in Newfoundland, made it very poignant for me. There wasn't one second of this musical that I didn't love. It was a perfect blend of poignancy and comedy and I have never been so proud of being from Atlantic Canada. If there is only one musical you have a chance to see in your life, THIS is the one to see! (Now will someone help me to stop the line(s) "I am an islander, I am an islander"from doing an endless loop in my head? LOL)
It was amazing. So talented. Story was informative and fun and sad and and and......wonderful experience.
We were a group of 6. Loved it every minute. We all learned something more about the story. It was edge of your seat entertainment. The only thing negative, not the fault of the show, the seating was very tight and uncomfortable for a broadway show.
