It was a great semi-final game with great plays from both sides. Great 2 goals by Canada and a few anxious moments when Mexico played with the determination to win and made a goal, 2 - 1. That is of course, until Canada made the 3rd and final goal which sealed the fate of the Mexican team. So London 2012, here comes Canada!
The semi final games I attended were excellent. All the teams that night were playing for an Olympic berth and they all played their best. Tremendous exhibition of skill and determination. The US Womens team is surely the best female soccer team in the world right now. The Canadian women showed real grit and pride on the field. The audience (myself included) got right into the emotion of the game and we all got up to give the Canadian women a long standing ovation after the final whistle. Great matches - great play.
I grew up watching the women's canadian soccer team, so having the chance to watch them in Vancouver was unforgettable. It was one of the best nights of my life!!

Great Game but too bad they could not put the players picture or even their name up on the big screen when they announced the starting line ups,or even have people handing out programs. The games were great but the organization not so much.
Enthusiastic crowd, the players were very proffessional and gave it their all! Energizing event creates more interest in attending future soccer matches at BC Place.

Took my granddaughters who both play soccer and they found it incredible ( when they grow up they want to be the next Christine Sinclair)--awesome experiance for us all.

My daughter and I bought tickets to watch the semi finals of the CONCACAF. We thought that this would be an ok way to spend a friday night. It turned out that we felt like we were reliving the 2010 Olympics. The fans were all decked out in red and white, chanting, cheering and very friendly. We had a fantastic night, came home and bought tickets to the finals. Can't wait to go back! GO CANADA!!!!!!
Live sporting events are always better than watching on TV!
Womens professional soccer can be just as exciting and entertaining as the mens.
This was a great game, the Canadian players were awesome and won this game, the crowd was enthusiastic and making a lot of noise and BC place is a great stadium.

A great game, even though USA womens' were far superior to the high school team they were playing. I think Canada and US will be the best playoff game in the final
Awesome event, would love to go again. Great seating choices and the price was so afforable. Really appreciated the Fair and Respectable Attutude required of the spectators by the event officials. This made it a real family event and set good models for the younger ones who look up to these players so. It was hard to watch the U.S.A. cream teams from under developed countries though. Sure makes you greatful for where we live! It was so special that the U.S team came over to sign autographs and speak with the spectators.
