Cyndi Lauper is a pop singer and activist from Queens, New York. Upon the release of her 1983 debut album, She’s So Unusual, Lauper became a pop sensation, thanks to the success of Top 5 singles including “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun,” “Time After Time,” “She Bop” and “All Through the Night.” Lauper also won Best New Artist at the 1985 Grammys. Her second and third albums, True Colors (1986) and A Night to Remember (1989), added more hit singles like “True Colors” and “I Drove All Night” to her oeuvre and by the end the decade, Lauper had become synonymous with the ’80s new wave movement and synthpop sound. In addition to her twelve solo albums, Lauper also wrote the music and lyrics for the Tony Award-winning Broadway musical Kinky Boots, for which she became the first solo woman to ever win the Tony for Best Original Score. In the fall of 2024, the singer embarked on her Girls Just Wanna Have Fun Farewell Tour in conjunction with her documentary film LET THE CANARY SING.

It was an amazing night. Cyndi still has it! She still rocks! Every song has a meaning and she narrated it with great sense of humour. She was very funny. Lover her energy. So authentic. Very organized event. Everything was great!

Cyndi’s distinctive voice is fascinating and aging seems to be making her tone more powerful, not less as it’s believed to happen when we age. I’m surprised she’s retiring from tours because she still has a lot to offer live. She was rolling over on stage!!! Waving a 2SLGBTQIA+ flag during True Colors was a powerful move in times when human rights are being violated. Quite emotional really and one of my favourite moments! I enjoyed how much she talked to the audience to tell stories about her childhood, family, beginning in music, success, arts and women’s rights. Her band is phenomenal, and seeing female musicians make half of the band was a delight! Mona Tavakoli, her fiery percussionist, is a beast! This concert was entertaining, colourful and emotional. I wish I could see her again!
I am very thankful of my son who bought 2 tickets to see Cyndi Lauper, was our birthday gift. this was our first time we seen Cyndi and we sure enjoyed the show. the only thing i didn't like was looking for our tickets on our phone, we are not phone teq, i wish we had actual tickets to show the front door. i had a hard time looking for my tickets and thankful the security suggested me to go to the ticket booth, she helped me and i was so happy. Thank you so much.
What a wonderful and amazing experience to be with Cyndi and be able to bring my children to hear her speak, sing and perform in person. She has changed the world and it was a privilege to be at her Farewell Tour. She is still smashing the patriarchy and breaking down unquestioned gender expectations and making the world a better place for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks. Plus her voice and dance moves are just as awesome as always. I am a forever fan ❤️

For a woman of 72 cindi did all her hits and played for well over 2 hours great show
I was surprised by her moves and multiple costume changes. Her voice and presence were brilliant. It was more than I expected, pleasantly surprised.
This is our first Cyndi Lauper Concert after 50th years old, me and my husband is chinese, we grew up in 80s and listening cyndi song, is really bring back the childhood memory, the show was great, unexpected, some of the songs she didn’t sing like unconditional love and others, every song that she sang is also popular, we also got the merchandise T-shirt that we like, that show was great, she rock!!! And hot!!!
Truly amazing concert, Cyndi Lauper tied as one of my top three concerts to go to. The voice and music was great and the crowd was so engaged it was a perfect evening.
Cyndi is amazing. Truly inspirational and talented. I loved hearing her stories and learning about the history of some of the songs. Loved every minute of it!

Cyndi Lauper was magical. She belted out her big hits and shared some beautiful stories about the songs’ creations and histories. She combined her music with a visual art show and she paid homage to all of those who were along the way throughout her career. The experience i had, was finding the tickets on your Iphonei and was holding people back, thank god there was patience people and the security was nice enough to let me look for my ticket and asked me to to go to the ticket booth for more help.so happy the lady helped me. .have a question, what happened printing tickets, much easier for me. nice to see Cyndi Lauper, other than that, it was a nice concert.
I bought tickets in the second balcony as soon as they went on sale. A couple of days before the concert I noticed the prices had dropped significantly. I called Ticketmaster and for a $10 change fee they put me on the floor!
