  • David Cook was unforgettable!!

by JustineRod on 2011-12-05The Rapids Theatre - Niagara FallsRating: 5 out of 5

What a voice!!!! There is a reason he won American Idol! David Cook and his band were amazing! One of the best concerts I have ever been to. The venue was different and very comfortable, with nice tables and chairs to watch them perform. Loved it and would definitely watch David Cook again!

  • DAVID COOK WAS UNDESCRIBABLE !!!!

by Dashanddanimum on 2011-12-05The Rapids Theatre - Niagara FallsRating: 5 out of 5

Have not seen David and his band since Casa Rama in Nov 2009. Was very much looking forward to seeing him perfrom live again. To no surprise at all, he put on an 100% + performance. Had been listening to his CD but no comparison to his live performances.. David, you are the best !!! If I have had the opportunity I will be there for more of your shows...

by LuckyCharm on 2009-11-29Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 5 out of 5

I was randomly asked to a concert at Casino Rama one night, I didn't even really know of David Cook at the time, they told me he was an American Idol winner, so i was like... uhh suuuurrrrrreeeeee... it was UNBELIEVABLE!!! the ENERGY was awesome! the way he connected with the crowd, and OMG he is SO FUNNY! a really, truely amazing performer! Totally SHOCKED me, i was expecting really brutel remakes of gay over played songs.... buuuut NOPE!!! SOOOO GOOOD!!! WOW! =D started the night not knowing what the hell i was going have to sit through, LEFT NEVER FORGETING THE AMAZING PERFORMACE FROM DAVID COOK XD Totaly a BIG fan now lol. <3

  • David Cook - amazing performer!!!!

by Draz on 2009-11-26The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - WindsorRating: 5 out of 5

The guy can sing better in person that on a recording! He has real talent that doesn't need stupid gimicks to distract from an awesome performance. Would hope he could come back - it was great to see him perform here.

  • Now Toronto!!!!!

    by JB49 on 2009-11-21Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 5 out of 5

Rama wasnt the best place to perform at. Toronto would be crazy and appreciate him more. Even though it was packed, and the venue is fantastic, alot of people couldnt get up to Rama because it is out of the way. Show was amazing. Great interaction with crowd, funny, and vocally "the real deal"

  • David Cook is awesome

David was great. He played to the audience and sang his heart out. He seems to be as genuine a guy as you can find. The only disappointment was that he didn't sing Time of my Life or Permanent. Perhaps this is because he's just plain tired of singing Time of my Life and Permanent could still be too hard for him to do. I can understand that... but I was still disappointed.

  • Very Charming and Talented!! Great Rock Show!

    by Neley0101 on 2009-11-21Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 4 out of 5

David Cook is more a musician than I thought he would be! Very creative, charming and funny but man can he sing!!! I was also worried about how good his band would be.... no dissabpointment there either.... The drummer was awsome, the lead guitariset was very excellent (with his rocked out tattoos and hair!) and 2nd guitarist and back up vocalist was very cute and extremely talented. The show was very entertaining and showcased music from his first album! No American Idol songs here... just good ole' rock / alternative music played loud!!! You should go and support him.... his is worth every penny!

  • david cook was "idolizing"

by guido on 2009-11-20Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 4 out of 5

He was cute and great, and the concert was short, but sweet!

  • Cook served a cold dish

    by 2Fast on 2009-11-20Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 3 out of 5

Cook left as quickly as he arrived seemingly struggling to engage an audience of young and old. Cook appeared disconnected, tired and at times frustrated with his Canadian crowd of a half capacity audience. Overall, the sound and Cook's vocal tone was world class, but his attitude barred that of a fading newcomer. For the price of the tickets, the concert was, in my opinion cut short leaving the audience feeling ripped off from what should have been a two hour performance

  • Concert too short, David Cook was amazing though

by IloveJasonCastro on 2009-11-20Casino Rama - OrilliaRating: 4 out of 5

David Cook put on an amazing concert! Very proud of him considering he had just started touring in Feb. this year. He really involved the audience and was super! However, the entire concert was only 1 hour and 10 minutes long! Not sure if was on Casino Rama's part or David Cook's part. We really expected the concert to be at least another hour long.
