    Deadmau5 Was Epic

by PowerHouse777 on 2017-10-09The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

I had the opportunity to meet the man behind the helmet. He was such a nice guy to talk to. I highly rec amend the VIP option if he ever does it again. The show was phenomenal and the venue was okay. But the staff were a little unorganized. Other then that they were very helpful and friendly.

Deadmau5 was good but the crowd sucks

by Djstretch9000 on 2017-10-09The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

Great show good lights cube was amazing and the crowd was garbage - never been to a rave where no one danced or cared or was too high on everything to know what was going on. Just seemed like deadmau5 was giving a presentation to a group of investors. Well we each invested 40$ and we got some good portfolio moves. Synergy was lacking I think upper management needed to get in with some hard closing remarks.

    Deadmau5 kicks @$$

by BucketButt on 2017-10-09The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

What an amazing performance!!! Netsky opened for Deadmau5 and played for a solid hour before a 15 minute break before the Mau5 came on. The performance left me very impressed! Will definitely see him again!!

It definitely could of been better

by EDCFAN on 2017-07-26REBEL - Toronto

Deadmau5 was only there for like 30-40 mins tops. He cut his performance short and went to a party instead even though i paid $80+ to see him so that was pretty disappointing. Also to top it off the last DJ was having technical difficulties with the system and cut the whole event short making it a even crappier experience.

    Deadmou5 was a blast

    Deadmau5 owns the night

by onzoom on 2017-04-24WaMu Theater - Seattle

This was my 6th Deadmau5 show, since seeing Joel in small clubs. The Cube 2.0 makes the show that much more amazing, but it can also be a bit of a distraction from the music. He played mostly new material, which was all great. There were a couple slow points, but overall a great selection.

    What a great show!

    by bogart27 on 2016-04-06Uniun Nightclub - Toronto

Uniun hasn't been the best venue for weekend events lately, but Deadmau5 absolutely crushed it. If you like sweating to amazing beats, this is your event.

    Nervo was awesome!!

by JnlfromCalgary on 2014-01-03Edmonton EXPO Centre - Edmonton

Nervo was awesome and I felt that their set was too short. Daeadmau5 was great and 2 Chainz played too long- he didn't fit then genre. The coat check and check in lines were very quick and I felt that security was good and that everyone was well organized from a checking in standpoint. I had forgotten one ticket at my hotel which they were able to reprint at the event and lost my coat check ticket which they were able to get off the photo I had taken of it.

Deadmau5 over priced, 2 Chainz was awesome !

by Emmatron on 2014-01-01Edmonton EXPO Centre - Edmonton

Seeing Deadmau5 was not worth $100 and was not the highlight of the night. However, 2 Chainz was! I have seen Deadmau5 three times and really can't say his performance stood out from any other show. At least the visual displays were good. Maybe touring with other big names would warrant a ticket price of $100+ but other events that were cheaper and longer have been better. Not even a sold out event.

    Disappointing

by Candidawn on 2013-05-06BMO Centre - Calgary

Being Canadian and hugely hyped up I was expecting an amazing show and between the poor light/special effect show, cutting down the people in the crowd who dressed up for the theme of the night and not even wearing his trademark hat out it left a lot to be desired. Have paid a lot less to see DJs that actually come out to entertain their fans.

    Alesso

    by lily22 on 2013-01-03BC Place - Vancouver

I enjoy DJ shows where there are more then 1 act. Bigger events such as this should happen more often. BC Place was a great location. More events should be held here instead of the Pacific Coliseum.

amazing show! The local opening acts were great, Mord Fustang was awesome, Chris Lake was boring, and Deadmau5 capped off an excellent night

VIP was a total waste of money-the line up for drinks was shorter in regular admissions. Opening djs were great. Deadmau5 was a huge disappointment - no encore. Lights didn't reflect a all white party very well

great! I do find this event was over priced though. Djs don't have to do nearly as much work as a rock band, yet cost more to go to see. But it was a great night.

    Deadmou5

by Diskspnr on 2012-12-30BMO Centre - Calgary

Great to see the Canadian iconic DJ, but by the time he hit the stage at 12:45 am 80% of the fans were either asleep to drunk or already gone or on their way out of the event. He should not have been last!! Maybe 10-12 and then another DJ to finish the night! Just a gong show took close to an hour to get a drink from any of the bars, and the VIP was even worse! Needless to say this will be my last DJ event, and by the sounds of it I'm not the only one!!

    Deadmau5

by Ellavader on 2012-12-30BMO Centre - Calgary

Deadmau5 should've played earlier; say in the time slot that Chris Lake played in. The headliner shouldn't be playing when the audience is too wasted/tired to care anymore. I missed most of his set because I'm tired after working all day and the "audience" really starting to annoy. The serious partiers don't care who plays the last set; only that there's still music playing. So I was disappointed; paid to hear Deadmau5,but had to leave after 20 minutes. Mord Fustang was fantastic! Would see him again. Choice of alcoholic beverages was absolutely sad.

    It was... Fun.

by Roxmuhr on 2012-12-30BMO Centre - Calgary

My First time at this venue. It's large but not very acoustic. I guess it was alright for electronic music but it sure couldn't really handle what Deadmau5 is capable of. The other artists didn't lay it down as heavy as he did. Unless you're somewhere close and in front of the stage there is a lot of reverb. All in all it was fun but it could have been better organized and set up for the type of space. The VIP tickets were worth the extra few bucks IMO, allowing access to a gated area. There was tables and chairs, it was nice to be able to break away from the crowd however the wait for VIP entry was very long (early in the evening) at the door. The "private" bar was not set up properly, there should have been at least another 1 or 2. The single private bar with 5 servers got too busy and it was just as long of a wait as the other bars outside of VIP. Not enough people took the Polar Music Festival dress code seriously; but that I guess has nothing to do with the event itself.
