Deftones’ culture is revered as one of the most fervent that exists—a Grammy Award-winning multi-platinum sonic outlier whose originality and culture prove peerless. Formed by hometown friends out of Northern California in 1988, the Sacramento band have delivered a succession of seminal releases, sold over 10 million records globally, gathered 9.2 billion-plus streams, and inspired generations. Their catalog encompasses 2000’s RIAA certified 2X-Platinum White Pony—which earned the group’s first Grammy—as well as the RIAA Platinum-certified Diamond Eyes (2010), Koi No Yokan (2012), and Ohms (2020). The latter marked their fourth Top 5 debut on the Billboard 200. Their world also notably includes the annual Dia De Los Deftones, an immersive full-day festival experience of music and culture curated and headlined by the band at San Diego’s Petco Park for six iterations so far. In August 2025, they will release their 10th full-length album, private music (Reprise/Warner Records). It signals yet another artistic peak and once more affirms Deftones are forever.

Dont line up to buy the tickets and also so easy to use that you dont have to worry if you have your ticket safe
Great show overall. The opening band was awesome playing tunes longer as one band was not at the show.
Concert was amazing. Opening band Gojira gave an outstanding performance. Great job on the cameras on each side, following each band member when relevant to the performance. Then Deftones got to the stage and tore the roof off. Just awesome sound, light show and performance. The crowd was wild, even on the seating areas. Love the venue. Bathrooms are available near the entrances and vendors are abundant. As always with this type of venue, food and drink prices are exorbitant, so must be prepared for that. Overall, a great experience, a night to remember. I had to drive 3 hours to the venue from where I live, and I'll do it again if I can expect a similar experience.
screens weren't working so we could barely see what happening on the stage from further back
No words to describe how incredible the show was from beginning to end.
Deftones was incredibly live. The venue was amazing and I will never forget this experience. LOVE YOU CHINO!
Great show! Would recommend any fan to see Deftones.
This band is so tight live! Venue was perfect for their sound and is highly recommended. Glad to see that these musicians' longevity has no upcoming expire date. I WILL be seeing them again and if you are of a fan of music, you should check them out!
Great sound quality, exceptional show. Guys performed at a superior level!
It is my husband who is a huge deftones fan, and I have never really understood why....until we went to Montreal to see their concert. They were amazing. The venue was great and they put on an awesome show!
As usual, the Deftones surprised me with their someone Toronto driven Setlist this time and just rocked the house. Always a good time. Love the Deftones to Def.
Deftones exceded my expectations ! Sound was perfect.
Even better than the last show. What an awsome show! Loved the simplicity of the setup. Sound was great too!! Have nothing bad to say, everything was great! Metropolis is an amazing place to go for a concert. Friendly door staff too!
I have been audience to the Deftones three times now. Their performance at the Kool haus was good. The ability for the Kool haus to funnel people out of the venue was not. Only one exit was allowed to be open and lines stalled for over 20 minutes.
If you see one band live ever, it should be Deftones.
The Deftones are an unexplained force of Nature, that only get better with age. Long time fan of the band, and their last three club shows in Mtl (2007, 2011 and 2013) have been mind-blowingly heavy. They've been around for twenty+ years, but it's like they're only just getting started. Steph probably needs a license to play that 8-string weapon of mass destruction! One Love for Chi!
The performance by Deftones was incredible! The light show, everything. The choice of the songs.............
They never disappoint. Sounded great , good mix of songs from various albums and nice venue. Here's hoping for another 25 years of great music and shows.
The best Deftones show I could have hoped to see (as I never had the chance to see them play their own show with Chi.) . Amazing set list, the band sounded great, Chino's voice held out for the entire show. Missed the opening band, sadly. (As for the Kool Haus, if you don't mind sub-par beer selection and lengthy exit times after the show, it sounded great.)
