DIANA ROSS IN CONCERT:
As Billboard's "Female Entertainer of the Century," Diana Ross holds an unrivaled place among R&B's rich history of legendary divas. From her time leading the Supremes to her extraordinary solo career, Ross's supple voice, striking looks, and effortless style have made her a timeless icon, as charismatic today as she was in the '60s. Featuring her greatest hits, Motown-inspired backup singers, and all the costume changes you'd expect from a diva's diva, Ross's 2013 shows stunned, setting expectations sky high for her 2014 tour dates.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born and raised in Detroit, Ross rose to international superstardom in the '60s as leader of the Supremes, the group that became Motown Records' golden goose with an unprecedented ten No. 1 hits between the years 1964-1967. After fulfilling her contract with the group, Ross released her self-titled solo debut in 1970, earning her first Grammy nomination with soul classic "Ain't No Mountain High Enough." Following the success of her first solo TV special Diana!, Ross once again topped the charts with 1973's "Touch Me in the Morning," going on to release a hugely successful duet album with Marvin Gaye later that year. In addition to her chart success, Ross established herself as a skilled actor with acclaimed appearances in classic '70s films including Mahogany and The Wiz. Over a career that spans more than half a century, Ross has released 27 Top 40 singles, earning a Guinness World Record as the most successful female artist of all time.
FANS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS SAY:
"Diana is still the beautiful diva she's always been and stuns in her many sparkling costumes, singing all of the many, many favorites that have made her loved by so many."
"Her voice was wonderful. She was so professional and knew how to work a crowd. Great selection of songs. And her costume changes were fantastic."
"Still a Diva, glamorous, elegant, classy... It was a wonderful show. The crowd in New Orleans adored her, were on their feet almost the entire time, singing along and dancing to her hits -- all well-delivered."

Great show, only thing better is we had closer seats. Diana at 80, what an icon
At 80 years old this lady is one true performer. She sounds amazing she bopped to the beat. I was toe tapping knee slapping the whole way through the whole performance made me smile. Great balcony seats at the venue. Slight problem they closed the escalator off which meant lots of stairs not good for my Husband with his arthritis and knee replacement.
It was a night to remember, Diana Ross fantastic with a smooth and angelic voice. The band and back up singers were amazing and her daughter Rhonda Ross added magic to the show. Me and my husband enjoyed it so much and looking forward to her next concert tour.God Bless and be well … you are unbelievably amazing and fabulous @80years old.
Saw Diana Ross at OLG stage in Niagara Falls. She was amazing and still has her great voice even at 80 years of age! Crowd loved it and her daughter Rhonda was wonderful too. Thoroughly enjoyed it.
The show was great, Dianna Ross for her young age still has it. The only thing I found annoying was the very bright lights that kept getting in my eyes from the 400 seat level, they could have been turned down a bit or not as bright . Had a great time.
I can't believe that Diana is 80. She was absolutely incredible and the audience was thrilled throughout her performance. Her band was wonderful and her singers were nothing short of phenomenal. I feel lucky to have seen this Motown legend live!
Exciting, Fantastic, A Real Party. She is a consummate entertainer.
Diana was bigger than life and still going strong. Her non-stop hits brought back so many memories. The band and backup singers were fantastic as was the staging and costumes. The new song "If the world just danced"is suberb as well.
Seat - Amazing Venue - Perfect Hotel Room - Beautiful Parking - Free Concert - no words can explain Diana Ross did it all, like see was 20 - sang through every song with perfection, audience participation with humor, looked breath taking in every outfit (a least 5 changes). Band - fantastic Background Singers - could listen to them all night, even if Diana was not there Security - at event, and venue were very helpful and friendly Would do it all again today (it would be worth the extra to take a plane to this event) Well Done! and Thank You
She was her perfect self, voice and all her costume changes. Her band was perfect, they blended all in together with her style, each member unique in their own way with their solos. She left us wanting more. approx 90-100min. went by too fast.
Diana Ross did not just survive, she thrived! Backed by a fantastic band, Diana wowed the crowd with her 1960s Motown hits, 1970s disco hits, some fun 1980s covers, and a beautiful Billie Holiday song. She told the crowd she was 79 years old, and would never retire!
She did not disappoint. Sang as she did in her younger years. I love you Diana.
Everything about that evening was wonderful. I had no problems with my mobile ticket. I had a great seat. The people around me were nice and the show was spectacular.
The band was great, Diana Ross was great. She connected with her fans. She's a natural pro. I hope she comes to Toronto.
A perfect evening filled with all the hits. It was a delight to attend this concert. Ms. Ross was exceptional, entertaining and engaged. You can't ask for a better performance. The attendees showed up decked out in their most fabulous fashions, it was simply a glitter fest.
I would have given the actual concert 5 stars, however, the venue was ill prepared for the amount of people coming into the Colosseum. The line up for entry was around the entire casino floor area, circling around many gaming rooms. The doors did not open until 7pm for an 8pm sold out concert which did not end up starting until 8:30 pm to allow for patrons to actually make it into the auditorium. I have attended many events at this venue but have never seen the back log of people that they had for this concert. S.A.
Great performer great sound nice to hear old songs
Diana was terrific for her age .. a true, adorable, professional who has retained much of her vocal talent and all of her unique taste and class .. it was a joy to see and hear her
This was the best ever concert. She is above amazing Her energy and love for her fans is electrifying. Love her ❤️❤️❤️
Diana Ross was great! she can sing and it was very entertaining. Caesars Windsor was a mess. They said to come 60 minutes early..but they can't handle the crowd. The line up is zig zag throughout the casino through the slots. If you can't handle that many people, allow people in earlier. The show started 30 minutes late b/c they couldn't handle that many people. You would think this was the first time they put on a show.
