Disney On Ice presents Mickey and Friends Tickets

Disney on ice was excellent, my little totally enjoyed it and so did the adults.. hope to have Disney on ice return again. This time I hope to get seats closer.

First of all, when I bought the tickets there was no indication that it would be in french. My daughter speaks french and had fun, however, that is not what we chose in the first place. Second, parking at Canadian Tire Center in Ottawa is always busy, nevertheless, this time we waited in line to park for one hour, which made us miss the first half an hour of the show. The show itself was a good experience, I just felt it was short since we missed a great deal of it. I do not think I would go again. Like I said, it could have been better!

This production was absolutely beautiful! The colours, the lights, the pace and the length was perfect for all ages. The Disney merchandise concession stands on the other hand were a different story. There were only 2, each selling different items. I realize that these people work extremely hard and I appreciate that. That said , the line ups were terrible!!! Children want what is being sold of course , but omg…. oh so long to stand in line. Especially while the show is on.

The show itself was great. My 4 year old grand-daughter thoroughly enjoyed it along with her 4 year old friend. However my issue is with the concessions or lack thereof. My daughter went out for popcorn for us all and didn't return until almost all of the first half of the show was done. The lines were ridiculously long because there was only one popcorn stand near us. We were in the 200 level. Surely the organizers can estimate how many of these would be needed for a child oriented show like this, where popcorn is a must. :(

Decided to take my 5 year old to the show last minute. Ticket prices were great, but far too many 1 seaters remained on the ice and there should be something in place that doesn’t allow you to leave 1 seat available as I could have occupied two seats on ice that were available, but not together. That being said, the show was fabulous! From the skaters to the acrobatics it didn’t fail to deliver. The souvenir On the other hand was highway robbery!

Les patineurs ont des talents exceptionnels. Les costumes sont super. Les mini histoires Disney sont tout simplement parfaites. Nous sommes allés voir la représentation en français et l'animatrice a une accent très prononcé et nous étions incapable de la comprendre. C'était décevant. Les prix des jouets et de la nourriture est exorbitant. Un maïs soufflé pour 25$ car il vient avec un seau de mickey en plastique c'est ridicule.

Took my daughter and my mom and we all had a great time! The performance was incredible! However, the COVID protocols should have been more strict considering many kids there aren’t eligible for their COVID vaccines. No vaccine mandate (it was lifted few days before the event). No spacing between different families. Many adults weren’t wearing a mask even though they weren’t eating.

Couldn't hear the announcers at all. Sound was so off every bit of the show was muffled. We saw the french show so it made it even worse for the kids that nothing could be heard but slurs.

It's was very good show lighting music high quality, especially Elsa and monai show my kids are going again in next show for sure ..

We were up close, Row 1, and it was so magical, almost surreal! Our 6 year old granddaughter was amazed, mesmerized and so enjoyed the entire experience! Thank you Disney On Ice for creating memories that will last a lifetime!

Title says it all. The talent and experience were great however having only one Disney food cart and one souvenir counter per floor resulted in long line ups. You basically had to resign to missing part of the show if you wanted to get anything.

Everything ran so smoothly, well organized event! Thanks for organizing it

Excellent time spent with the all the family. Everyone said they had a very good time. The children and the adults all said the show was wonderful.

My 8 year olds eyes were lit up. She was in awww throughout the entire show. Very well done!

The show itself was great. My family and I enjoyed it. And we hope to return for a different one next year. My issue was with the ticketmaster site displaying the shows with little indication of language. We ended up with tickets to the French version and when I reviewed the site during the show to find my mistake, there was no statement of a difference in languages. The only indication was that the secondary title in small letters was listed in French but the main large title of the show remained in English. Even my tickets came in bilingual text, which is normal in Canada. I was very disappointed with this lack of proper communication from the ticketmaster site.

I really enjoyed the first part. The special effects were amazing! All the skaters were great and the costumes were really nice. The second part was a bit long with Elsa and Moana. It felt like it was dragging on. Some songs and parts could of been cut out and another Disney character would of been nice instead (like Lion King). But overall we were really impressed and my son enjoyed himself! Great job!

My daughter loved the frozen scene so much! The show was so engaging and fun for all ages I will be going again! And can't wait

Dad missed most of the show standing in line for snacks, but Mom and her 3 kids (4, 6 and 8) all loved it! Still talking about it 3 days later. Just what we needed to lift our spirits. And LOVE that they give a French presentation in Ottawa. For once my kids could actually understand and even sing along. Great show!

My girls and I loved it so much! They were sad when it ended, they wanted the show to be longer. It was amazing. Thank you.

I enyoy Disney on Ice every year, but it's the same show yearly. Elsa gets the spotlight and her tricks are the same. If you've seen the show once, you wont miss much next year. It shouldn't be called Disney on Ice. It shoukd be called Elsa on Ice!
