  • Quality Time

by Andrew TO on 2023-03-10Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The modern world has a lot of choices, there are many things that one can do with their time some quite shallow and frivolous. Spending a few hours with a highly intelligent, well read, grounded man, left me thinking; how can I make my world better, what can I do to make my family stronger, what can I do to strengthen my business and my team and what can I do to help build a sensible logical society.

  • Brilliant Mind!

by Dasha on 2023-03-10Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Dr. Peterson's brilliant mind, knowledge, expertise and common sense were very refreshing to experience in this dumb down world. The show might be at times difficult as one must concentrate to keep up with Dr. Peterson's fast flow of information, but it is totally worth the brain "strain". Rex Murphy, the surprise guest, with his unrestrained common sense opinions on current events and his comic political comments was the prefect addition to the show.

Peterson and Murphey put on an awesome show. Would've loved if he went over more questions at the end though.

  • J Peterson Review

by Ted on 2023-03-10Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

I enjoyed Mr. Peterson's lecture on March 7th in TO. The lecture was followed by a Q & A hosted by Rex Murphy. It was clear he can lecture on a topic from his book without notes or aids and take you through his logical thoughts and conclusions. The evening is different than his media appearances in that there was very little direct social commentary. I would have preferred a longer Q & A and more social commentary, however what he did have to say had meaning and did resonate. I would have preferred hearing more from Mr. Peterson and not hearing his opening participants who were his son (on the guitar) and his wife (speaking about relationships).

  • Incredible show

  • Refreshing

by Nisha on 2023-03-10Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The positive, relaxed energy in the room was refreshing. Absolutely beautiful there was music and humour while JP and Rex remained informative. Wished it was longer and started a bit earlier. I could listen to JP and Rex M anytime.

  • A great night out

by Kisha on 2023-03-10Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

It was definitely an intellectual experience. Back to the basics approach with family values and spirituality at the root. I enjoyed Petersons private accounts of his life experience graded against past reflections of historical as well as current issues. He shares enough to peak your interest in his book in which I went out to buy the following day. I had lots of fun and look forward to future talks.

Pederson is an intellectual titan with wit and humor and wisdom en masse. Spending 2 hours in the same room as him (and a sold out audience) I feel smarter and braver and more grounded. I hope he continues to speak gems of truth to Canadians and earthlings who are hungry for a better life.

  • A Canadian gem.

by AaronM on 2023-03-10Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Thought provoking and humorous. I especially admire his vulnerability and his capacity to share his emotions unapologetically with the audience about things he is passionate about. Refreshingly authentic. I’m Honoured to have seen this talk.

  • The best.

by Julia on 2023-03-10Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

What a perfect evening. I went VIP and enjoyed meeting new people in the lobby, Julian's opening musical show singing on guitar, Tammy's talk, JP's lecture, Q&A, VIP meet & greet, photo, and another intimate little Q&A at the very end. The flow of the evening was so enjoyable. Authentic, educated, open-minded speaker. He is a smart guy and the world needs him!! Best night.

  • Had to forego

by Swissmanue on 2023-03-09Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I was so looking forward to this event, but our daughter who has Type 1 Diabetes ended up in the ER the night before, being treated for DKA, so we had to let it go. Contacted Ticketmaster but haven’t heard back yet. I know it was an amazing night, although I would have preferred to hear it firsthand😊. Another time soon, I hope. Family first. Keep rocking it, Jordan! (and fam!!😎👍🏼)

Honored to listen to one of the greatest thinking minds of this era

  • Amazing

by Anthony on 2023-03-09Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Dr. Peterson was great! I found it to be quite interesting & would recommend to anybody seeking a break from the parroting media narratives. His views are backed with real statistics and he expresses them in a way that everybody can understand. The crowd was very diverse and very respectful. I wasn't sure if there would be any hecklers but it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Thank you Dr. Peterson & family for doing what you do!

  • Entertaining but wanted more

by Maddy on 2023-03-09Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

I was really looking forward to hearing Jordan speak in person. I love how eloquent and blunt he is at the same time. The performance started out very academic and wordy. As he went on he warmed up and adjusted to a more audience friendly language and got everyone engaged. The question portion at the end was the most entertaining section of the whole event and I would have liked for that to have been longer. I enjoyed the experience and am glad I went but wouldn't go again.

  • Jordan Peterson was great, but ... not the rest of the crew

    by M on 2023-03-09Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

Jordan Peterson put on quite a performance to deliver an amazing talk. However, I can't say the same for Tammy. She couldn't finish her story without looking at her cell phone multiple times. She can't recite a quote from her husband's book without reading it from her phone. The guitar performance from his son was also just... ok. I'd rather these time to be filled by Jordan himself rather than listening to subpar content...

  • Pure Genius…

by Ben on 2023-03-09Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

It was fantastic and really got a good feel of his family as well but wish there was a little more Q&A.

  • Incredibly insightful

Dr.Peterson is a rare individual with deep and complex thoughts. It was an absolute privilege to see him live.

  • Best day of my life

by Bao on 2023-03-09Meridian Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

One of the greatest experiences of my life, to have been able to listen to Dr. Peterson share his wisdom in person. The meet and greet at the end is also a very nice touch and well worth the money.
