The original Jersey boy himself, Frankie Valli is a true American legend. His incredible career with the Four Seasons, as well as his solo success, has spawned countless hit singles. With unforgettable tunes like "Sherry," "Walk Like A Man," "Big Girls Don't Cry," "Rag Doll," "December '63 - Oh What A Night," "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You," and of course, "Grease." His songs have been omnipresent in other iconic movies such as The Deer Hunter, Dirty Dancing, Mrs. Doubtfire, Conspiracy Theory and The Wanderers. As many as 200 artists have done cover versions of Frankie's "Can't Take My Eyes Off You," from Nancy Wilson's jazz treatment to Lauryn Hill's hip-hop makeover. Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons have sold over 100 million records worldwide. They continue to tour throughout the U.S. and abroad to packed houses receiving nightly standing ovations from thrilled fans of multiple generations.
Valli's long-lasting career has led to the overwhelming success of the Broadway musical JERSEY BOYS, which chronicles Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons incredible career and features all of their greatest hits. The JERSEY BOYS juggernaut has now been seen by over 18 million people worldwide and has won 4 Tony Awards including Best Musical (2006). In 2014, Frankie Valli's life story was once again featured, this time in the film adaptation of JERSEY BOYS, directed by Academy Award winning director Clint Eastwood.

great night...sang all their songs....and had audience participate in some.......seats were good...full view of stage.......shaes buffalo good theatre ...not a bad seat in the house..............5 star performance
I have been going to Frankie Valli and the four seasons since he went back on the road, and he is still as good as he was in the 60's. He can still hit those high notes too! Love you Frankie!
Franky Valli's voice is still going strong. Show was really good for someone his age (tee hee) Loved it all.
Even though he was born in 1934, his voice was still about 85%. I had been wanting to go and see him for years as FV & the 4 were one of my favourite groups. He did a 1 1/2 hour set and sang all of his hits. He had a large band with him along with 4 "New Seasons" who were all excellent . Lots of people dancing up front about a half hour before the end of the concert. I would definitely go see him again.
The show was as great as it was the last time I saw him. The troupe that he has with him are exciting and energetic, It was none stop.
After seeing Jersey Boys, I was very excited to see the real Frankie Valli. Now I know that my review may offend certain people but I'm just reviewing the concert I saw. It is not my intention to offend anyone. With that said, here we go. The band itself was amazing. Some really great musicians. Backup singers were using backup tracks for the harmonies on probably 90% of the set. They lip synced pretty much the entire show except for a few songs at the end. The biggest disapointment for me was Frankie himself. He lip synced pretty much the entire show. I understand that at the ripe young age of I believe 78 years old, you are not going to have the voice you once had but this was obvious to me and many audience members that he was lip syncing. One lady behind wanted to see if she could get her money back claiming fraud. But keep in mind that you are in the presence of a great musical treasure who has stood the test of time. It is always great to hear these wonderful songs that mean so much too so many. Although I knew it wasn't completly live I still very much enjoyed the show.
This was the best show we have ever seen. He was unreal.
Frankie Valli put on another amazing show at Rama. All the great songs, truly a legend. A totally enjoyable evening.
Probably one of the most underrated singers and songwriters of all time. Not splashy or showy just good solid singing and entertainment. The voice may not be as strong as the 60s but it was a stellar performance done with heart. Should he return, I will definitely go again. A general comment for concert goers.....please, don't show up at the last minute and delay the start and make the rest of us wait. Be considerate and arrive early.
What a thrill to attend Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. Every song was a hit!
Slighlty rocky start due to a faulty microphone, but a great show. Frankie Valli still sounds terrific, and his backup singers and band were bang on.
The crowd got what it wanted: all the hits sung the way we remember them. Frankie's voice is still excellent. His band was of the highest quality. The young men who are now the Four Seasons provided an excellent back-up and had at least one solo moment each. While Mr. Valli does not provide much t\alk to introduce the songs, he packed a lot of music into 1 1/2 hours. The crowd was very appreciative and so was I.
An excellent, energetic and well-paced show covering most of Valli's original and solo hits, and a handful of songs from his latest CD too. Valli has obviously looked after his voice throughout his long and illustrious career; he can still hit all the notes with almost as much power as he did in the 60's and his soaring falsetto still excites the audience today. The new Four Seasons are more than adequate back-up singers, and the band was note-perfect and energetic throughout the entire show.
We really enjoyed Frankie Valli. The music was great!!! Hope he comes back soon!!
I enjoyed the show. It was lively and very entertaining..
It was an amazing show, can't believe he can still sing like he sounded in the 60's! Hope he comes around again on tour!!!
Everything was excellent from Frankie's fanominal voice, to his presence on stage, and to the amazing "hot' four season guys. The band was outstanding and the venue of the Fox Theatre remains the best that I have been in.
This was a great performance. We were just at "Jersey Boys" in Las Vegas some 4 weeks ago. This was such a great show with top notch vocals. We went to this show with the thought that we cannot expect Frankie Valli to be able to sound as good as those young guys in the LV musical. Were we suprised to find out that he sounded even better. What a great singer. The venue was not that good.--- Big outdoor tent.
It was the best show we have been to. Frankie Valli was first class. The show was very professional and we enjoy every minute. If he comes again, we will go to it again.
