GLASS TIGER IN CONCERT:
Canadian rockers Glass Tiger are a fierce five-piece band that's been hammering out the hits since 1986, and they sound as fresh as ever nearly 30 years later. Lead singer Alan Frew still knows how to command the stage with his sharp, impeccable vocals and rich guitar strumming while his bandmates shred out solos on hits like "Someday" and "Don't Forget Me (When I'm Gone)". With their popular alt-rock tunes and on-point musicianship, Glass Tiger always brings the house down when they perform for eager ticket buyers on their can't-miss tours.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
The members of Glass Tiger â singer Alan Frew, keyboard player Sam Reid, guitarist Al Connelly, bassist Wayne Parker, and drummer Michael Hanson â first got together in 1983 and performed under the name Tokyo. They earned their big break a year later playing for sold-out crowds as an opening act for Boy George and Culture Club on tour. They attracted attention from several labels at the shows, eventually signing to Capitol Records and changing their name to the current moniker. They earned widespread acclaim with their four-times platinum-selling debut Thin Red Line, which featured the smash hit "Don't Forget Me (When I'm Gone)" â a song that peaked at No. 1 on the Canadian Songs chart, earned the band three Juno Awards, and launched them to international stardom. Glass Tiger continued to enjoy success with their follow-up releases Diamond Sun (1988) and Simple Mission (1991), which they supported with extensive touring throughout their native Canada. After a hiatus that saw the band's members pursue various other projects, the group got back together in 2003 to perform local shows. Although the band has had a lineup change since reforming with new drummer Chris McNeill, Glass Tiger still knows how to rock a crowd and deliver a hit-filled live show.

Great show...they can still Jam after all these years!
Enjoyed Glass Tiger, the old band can still play! Disappointed by the venue. I did not get the seats I selected when I ordered tickets online. I selected seats on the bleachers and got Sec 2, Row Q, on the floor far right. The couple sitting next to us shared that they specifically selected centre Row M. What went wrong? How did we get different assigned seats?
The band was great and yes Sean Connery (as he referenced himself) continues to sound the same as he did 30+ years ago. Thank for a great evening đ€
They sound as good as ever. They worked their tails off too. See them if you ever have a chance.
Glass Tiger is phenomenal! They are all such kind caring people whose stardom has not gone to their head! Thanx for a great night!
Fantastic concert by a classic 80s Canadian band. They played all the favourites.
GT was awesome live - you could tell that Alan Frew was singing from his heart. We enjoyed the concert and he enjoyed the audience. Love the Christmas songs - It's a Wonderful Life - was amazing live. Whole concert was SO great!!! I'd go see them again, and again. Well done.
Loved Glass Tiger. They put on a great show. High energy and great voices. Loved it!
I have never seen Glass Tiger live before, I was thoroughly impressed! Put on one excellent, professional show. Sound and vocals spot on! Had a great time, brought back so many good memories of the 80's and some new ones with their Christmas and new songs. Will definitely see them again every time they are back in town. Thanks guys!

A fanatastic trip back to the 80âs new wave scene. Glass (Class) Tiger, Men without Hats, FOS, and Spoons were timeles.
I saw glass tiger in concert in 2014. it was a free concert and honestly seeing them live made me a fan for life . If you have a chance to see them go they never disappoint.
The sound was great, the show itself was amazing the venue was great, my only complaint is the Ticketmaster app that is quite slow at bringing up the tickets and slow when being scanned.
Great performance I won't forget. Wished I didn't have to use earplugs to keep my ears from hurting because it was so loud. Wished the lights were not directed into my eyes (balcony) so I was not half-blinded every 30 seconds or so. Still worth the pain, though.
