Hamilton (Touring) Tickets

It was the whole experience from set to music to dance to drama it had everything I wanted in the experience.

The show was great- I waited a looooong time to see it and it was worth it. The music, singing, sets, costumes etc were all fantastic. The only caveat is that the venue I saw it in said that masking was required but it was not enforced - so why bother saying it is required?

This is the most unique, amazingly, fast moving Broadway Musical I have ever seen. Way to make some dry history of the fight for Americas Independence outrageously fun!

Overall I had a great night and experience but I was distracted at times by buzzing/fuzzy electric sound, made some voices harder to hear.

My husband and I went to see Hamilton on Friday July 8 at the Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium in Edmonton, Alberta. The production was fantastic and nonstop. Always something happening on stage, music, choreography, costumes and lights. My one criticism was that I found the music to be just a little too loud. Maybe it was just me...but too many times I couldn't hear the lyrics and so I missed a good bit, which was quite frustrating. Its the type of show that the lyrics are absolutely crucial because they tell the story. I was wishing the lyrics were put up on a screen so that I could follow along. Had the music been just a little lower, I would have heard everything and enjoyed the experience more. but spectacular none-the-less! The actors were amazing!

Hamilton was amazing! I particularly enjoyed that black people played the majority of the roles putting a very timely and interesting nuance to the work. Amazing performances by the leads and supporting cast. Loved the modern music, the very fast pace and the excellent choreography and staging. If this is the evolution of musicals, it's a very good thing indeed!

Left at intermission! Very disappointing . Couldn’t make out half they were saying. Political, not what we expected from all the reviews.

The overall performance was 5-star! The performers are talented, great voices and the muscial score was energetic!

I’ve watched this SO many times on Disney+ and it did not disappoint seeing it live. All the actors were great, had amazing voices and orchestra was also fantastic.

Took my 17 year old son and we both LOVED the show. My only complaint was that the music occasionally drowned out the singers/actors so you couldn't hear the words. Otherwise it was an amazing performance!

My partner and I were excited to attend Hamilton given the hype around it. We were however extremely disappointed as we could only understand about 10% of what was being sung and could not even come close to following the storyline. The style of music (mostly rap), and perhaps poor sound quality (?) contributed to this issue. Adding to the inability to follow what would otherwise by an important storyline, the length of the musical at 2 3/4 hours was waaaaay too long. We left at intermission.

Everything was spectacular, the choreography, singing, acting, set design.

I thought the performers were fantastic - great talent and energy. The staging and orchestra were great. Loved the concept and the story - no negative comments about the touring company. As usual, the sound system in the Jubilee is disappointing and I missed a good portion of the dialogue. The is consistently the case when I attend anything at this venue.

The show was amazing, the staff were fantastic. Only issue was third floor escalator went down before everyone was downstairs, and I was with someone with severe walking limitations.

I went to see Hamilton in Edmonton,AB as they were touring. Staff were helpful with showing me where I was supposed to sit as I had changed my ticket. Washrooms were clean. Thanks

I only caught 10% of what they were singing. Too fast paced and the music overpowered the singers. Excellent voices though especially Burr and Eliza. Al least I could understand King George. I would have left at intermission but my daughter was willing to stay for the end

We were privileged enough to catch 2 showings of Hamilton in Edmonton and loved both experiences! Both casts were equally talented and it was just as exciting and moving the 2nd time.

The cast was first class. They did all the movements as per the script. As a person who does not have first class hearing, I found the background beat and music overpowering. I am sure there were others in the audience who experienced the same impact.

I bought tickets for my older child’s 16th birthday present and we excitedly counted down the days. It was such an incredible experience! Her first Broadway production ever and a great introduction at that. Now we can’t wait for more shows. Music and singing were superb, acting was engaging, and their voices! - such great storytelling.

Was told to read the story before I went. Watched a YouTube preview then read some of the Hamilton story beforehand. Dancers, singers were phenomenal but band sometimes overpowered the voices. These are rap lyrics so go on-line and read them before you go. You won't always hear and understand the story's thrust otherwise. If your are tone deaf to some notes you'll miss the lyrics.
