About

Heart formed in Seattle, Washington in 1973 and have rocked on through the years under the sibling core of Ann and Nancy Wilson. The group has released 16 studio albums, hitting the Top 10 seven times and topping the Billboard 200 with 1985’s Heart. The band have sold nearly 35 million albums worldwide. Early rock staples such as “Crazy on You,” "Barracuda” and “Magic Man” gave way to greater mainstream success in the ’80s with the group’s first Hot 100 chart-toppers, "These Dreams" in 1986 and "Alone” in 1987. Despite developing their own solo careers after their first hiatus in 1995, the Wilson sisters have reunited as Heart several times. In 2013, Heart was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The band have received four career Grammy nominations and received The Recording Academy Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023.

  • Heart Beat

by Maggie on 2025-03-27Canada Life Centre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Heart still is able to rock - vocals were excellent - music was great - despite issues going on in their own lives, they came out and showed why they are a head line act - only complaint is the lack of large screens to assist in seeing the performers close up

  • Awesome Experience

by Mo on 2025-03-26Rating: 5 out of 5

It was an awesome experience, from the seats to the sound, to the lighting everything was amazing on point. I would love to see them again, please come back to Calgary soon. Another Classic Rock band.

This was my first time attending a heart concert and I am so glad I went. The show was very enjoyable . I appreciate that it was not canceled with the group going above and beyond to bring us their music

  • Didn’t Disappoint!

by DJames on 2025-03-25Rating: 5 out of 5

Awesome night! Lead in with Cheap Trick, then a home run with Heart. CT standards were great (Hello, Dream Police, Surrender, etc). Rick N. still tossing mitt-fulls of picks to the fans. And then the Sisters came on! Their dedication to their fans in the face of personal adversity was appreciated by everyone. Their beautiful harmonies backed up by great musicians rocked us, from Never to Crazy on You to Barracuda. I would have liked to hear the full rendition of Alone, rather that a blend with What About Love. Loved Nancy’s legendary acoustic playing, and Anne’s pipes really worked thru her awkward arm cast, etc., with only a very slightly toned-down chorus of Crazy.

  • Top notch performance

by Barberino on 2025-03-25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

When a band has been around over 50 years, I’m always a little skepticism as to whether they can still perform like the old days. To my delight, Heart did not disappoint. Ann Wilson’s voice is as good as ever, even singing from a wheelchair because of her broken elbow. Nancy Wilson guitar playing and vocals were also excellent. The band’s musicianship was excellent and complimented the Wilson girls to provide for a very entertaining show. It was unfortunate though that there were no large screens for close ups, as is common at most large concerts. Sitting near the back of the arena, the band looked really small. I know it is a large expense but as the band is drawing over 10.000 people to a concert, screens should be considered. Cheap Trick as the opening act was a bonus. They did a good job singing all their hours but their portion of the concert was marred by bad sound.

  • Amazing show

by Mark on 2025-03-25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

In spite of Ann’s health struggles she still sounds amazing. What a talented band with awesome guitar skills

  • Glad I Went

by Cassi on 2025-03-25Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

I'm glad I got to experience these bands in concert, but in comparison to other shows I've been to, it was very tame and low energy.

  • .Women of Rock!

  • Amazing

by Kim on 2025-03-24Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

I waited a long time to see Heart. I was way high up in Roger’s Place. The stage looked so small but when Heart came on it was like listening to an album. They were fantastic. The movement on the stage from Nancy and Ann’s voice even from a wheelchair had me blown away. Thank you for this amazing memory

  • Great show

by Jh on 2025-03-24Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

Had great help from staff as my wife uses a wheelchair, they couldn't have been more accommodating! Shout out to Rebbeca who helped us the most!

  • Heart was great, the stage not so much

by Heart was Great, Stage not so much! on 2025-03-24Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

For singers in their 70’s, they did an amazing job considering Ann’s cancer then breaking her elbow just a week prior to the Edmonton show. Ann can still hit those big notes!! The disappointing part of the show was not having large screens so that you could actually see the performers on stage. Cheap Trick was just ok, not really my style of music.

  • No screens

by Niners on 2025-03-24Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

Excellent show. The only criticism is that they didn't have screens so it was difficult to see the band.

  • The sisters rocked

by NC on 2025-03-24Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

Amazing performance by the two rock goddesses. Ann can still belt it out & Nancy on the guitar is always spectacular. Cheap Trick is a lil’ long in the tooth but still great to see them belting out their classics.

  • Wow what a night

by Theresa on 2025-03-24Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 5 out of 5

Music from Heart and Cheap trick brought back some great memories from my past. Anne and Nancy still have awesome vocals and the band brought the whole experience to the best high. Cheap trick still have some great music too enjoyed them alot 👍

  • Still have it

by David on 2025-03-24Scotiabank Saddledome - CalgaryRating: 4 out of 5

Heart was great. I have seen Heart 2 previous times. Ann’s voice was great and the band was tight. Was a good set. My only complaint is that there were no monitors. Cheap Trick needs to retire. Not a good set. Rick Nelson looked like he needed to be carried off at the end of their set. Show was well worth the wait.

  • Great concert!

by Wanderwoman on 2025-03-24Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

Opening act Cheap Trick was fine. Heart was amazing! Ann's voice was very good and they played all the really old songs which my husband especially loved.Harmonies were amazing and the guitar playing was phenomenal ! I was, however, very disappointed in other concert goers. There was constant chatter going on throughout the entire concert. Sometimes you could hardly hear the performers speak. Found it very disrespectful to the artists. Having large screens to see the band better would've been nice.

  • Heart Concert

by Adrienne on 2025-03-24Rogers Place - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

Absolutely fabulous, better then we expected. Got us both out of our seats dancing. (weren't really paying attention after concert was postponed to who was opening for them) WHAT A SURPRISE!!! LOVED EVERY MINUTE!!!
