Salt 'n Pepa saved the show

by NorthRaven on 2017-10-02Prince George CN Centre - Prince George

This did not turn out to be what I was expecting sadly, the saving grace was the SnP performance- powerhouse ladies who are still relevant to today's hip hop scene

Young MC was great, and C & C Music Factory

by makemoneymoney on 2017-09-20Prince George CN Centre - Prince George

The overall concert was good. Some of the popular songs that were well know were only sang/played for a few minutes, not the whole song. I wish Vanilla Ice would have performed his #1 hit song, with less distracting random people dancing on stage. The Bass was turned up too much for Vanilla Ice, for me. We left while he was still performing. The other references of 90's music played throughout the night was great also. I would have loved to hear MC Hammer's hit song.

    wrong closer

by burgerflipper on 2017-09-20Prince George CN Centre - Prince George

The first few acts were incredible and the energy was awesome. The only letdown was Vanilla Ice. His set was terrible, it devolved into very poor karaoke and didn't have nearly the energy or excitement that all the other performers did. C+C,. Young MC, and Rob Base were just awesome, the crowd was having a blast and they did a great job. It is too bad that Vanilla Ice was chosen to be the closing act, he totally lost the crowd.

    Worst concert of my life

by DisappointedJeff on 2017-09-16WinSport Arena at Canada Olympic Park - Calgary

Was by far the worst concert I have ever been to. The sound was crap. The artists sounded like crap. They did partial songs. Every second was terrible! The security were power tripping on everyone. I do not recommend this tour!

    Waste of money

by Bullcrap on 2017-09-16WinSport Arena at Canada Olympic Park - Calgary

Even if it was free I would never go back. I was really excited for this event and was completely disappointed in the performance. The absolute worst was BizMarque. My 5 year old could have sounded better and I don't have kids.

    Where was the 90's?

by TeaPartyFan on 2017-09-16WinSport Arena at Canada Olympic Park - Calgary

They could have done so much more with those performers. Salt n Pepa invite a large group of ladies to dance on the stage with them to...Cindy Laupers "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun"? What was that? Then the host guy plays We Built This City...twice? What 90's songs that got played were given 10 secs or less. Just very odd for a 90's billed tour.

Salt n pepa put on an amazing show, but biz Markie was horrible, and vanilla ice basically played his one song and then held a dance party consisting of remixes of his one song. Pretty bad overall.

    Fun night...

by JennyJenny on 2017-09-16WinSport Arena at Canada Olympic Park - Calgary

It was a fun night, but delays getting into the venue..and first 3 acts played less than 20 min each. Biz Markie was a big thumbs down.

    Awesome Concert!!

    by Wiggs70 on 2017-09-12Rogers K-Rock Centre - Kingston

This concert was fantastic! Every artist put on a great show. Started with C+C Music Factory who immediate got the crowd pumped, followed by Young MC and Rob Base who were equally as brilliant. Then you got the magic that was the Salt n Pepa show....these ladies rocked! Their back up dancers were great and one even did a small Michael Jackson tribute and nailed it. You have to give credit where credit is due and Vanilla Ice was on point. He was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole concert from start to finish. Amazing to see so many brilliant artists all at once. Money well spent!

    The 90s were average

by CherylNCheryl on 2017-09-11Rogers K-Rock Centre - Kingston

Salt n Pepa were great. Loved them. Stars of the show. Vanilla ice pretty good. Both acts had mobs of people come on stage to dance with them. I didn't care. They caused chaos right where I was sitting. Rob Bass and Freedom Williams (who IS c&c music factory) filled a bunch of time with songs that weren't theirs but had them talking over with PUT YOUR HANDS UP! etc...... on and on. This between acts too. Young MC too but he had some new songs. I left when Vanilla ice had audience on the stage and he was in the crowd. I couldn't see him and some song was playing that wasn't his.

    Lame!!!!

by SawyerF on 2017-07-13Abbotsford Centre - Abbotsford

Wow, such a disappointment!!!! Snap was good and TLC great, but the rest of them, LOUSY!!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste the money and time. And I would recommend TLC to separate from this show, it ruins their reputation
