Janelle Monáe is an eight-time Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter, author, producer, actor and fashion icon. Artist, band and dancers were amazing! My view at the venue wasn't so great. Even with people in front of me sitting down it was difficult to see about 2/3 of the stage so when they stood up it was much harder. For the price I paid I would have expected to have a better view.I had to stand up most of the concert to get a visual of anything.
Janelle Monáe gave us an incredible show on Sept 22. They are such a delightful human being and a fantastic, talented performer. I was thrilled to see them in person and hear a number of songs from early on to recent releases. The stage presentation and costume changes were beautiful. The only con was the band volume was too pumped up and drown out the vocals at times.
she is an insane performer and overall person. the one little thing is that the openers didn't show up without explanation so that was a bit sad but still enjoyed the hell out of this concert
Just pure queer joy. Janelle knows how to command a crowd and channel that energy into the perfect party atmosphere. Flyana Boss and Nana Kwabena were also excellent.
This concert was life-changing. The energy, the production, the vocals, the choreo. Everything was on point. You definitely don't want to miss seeing Janelle live. Flyanna boss was also fantastic!

Massey Hall is a great venue, feels intimate even from the balcony. Janelle was fantastic! Couldn’t be happier.
Janelle Monae killed it on Thursday evening at the Massey Hall! The show was a high energy love fest with a creative set and amazing costumes. She just gets better and better every time I see her. The opening act Flyana Boss was fantastic. Can’t wait until their solo tour.

It was a truly special show, Janelle sings really well, there’s a great band with her and she involves the crowd in her show, even bringing some on stage to dance. There were great positive messages throughout as well. It was nice to see a focus on the music and art without over-doing the costumes and props like we see nowadays. 10/10.

Loved the show, great singer and performer. Got the VIP early access package but the special merch looked super cheap and “early access” was really not necessary for this venue. I stood in the first row but people with GA got in l later and then were standing next to me (great for them, just saying it didn’t seem necessary to buy early access). Also Janelle’s staff/support act danced in front of the stage and were filming us on their personal phones the whole time which was more distracting than necessary, didn’t love that part.
Possibly the best concert I've ever experienced. Janelle is a PERFORMER. They were so engaged with the crowd. I danced the entire time!
Great show! Beautiful imagery, choreography, costumes. Inclusive, loving and celebratory energy! I only wish Janelle’s set had been longer. But it’s super tight and well done. We had a good time.
Janelle is an incredible entertainer. She played a number of tunes from her new album and a selection of well-loved songs from Dirty Computer and Electric Lady as well. I loved watching all the back-up dancers and listening to the horns/sax players, all three of whom were seriously talented! You will not regret getting tickets to see this show!
Incredible performers, amazing musicians, fabulous dancers - I can’t believe this show wasn’t sold out. I will definitely jump at the chance to see Janelle Monae again. They blew me away! So, so good.
