Jann Arden Tickets

She is a great singer and love her schtick. Would have liked something new. A few of her newer songs are driving music and her voice gets lost. In her encore she let one of her back-up singers perform (didn't get the song) while she did a painting to be auctioned after the show for charity. Must have been a private party for the big spenders

A fun evening of laughter punctuated by a beautiful voice. It was a great mix of songs you know and ones you want to get to know. I loved hearing the old stuff, but was equally delited by the songs from Jann's new cd, which i will be picking up very soon. Jann's humor is warm and genuine just like the lady herself. You feel like you have been invited into her living room for an intimate evening and you come away smiling. I have a new appreciation for how beautiful and pure her voice truly is. I don't ever remember being so impressed by a band either. What an incredible group of talented people, not the least of which is the voice and musical skills of Alison. A fantastic night to remember!

Jann does it all, good relationships, bad relationships with an awesome sense of humour

Jann's performance was fantastic. Every song was perfect, her band was fantastic. Jann's songs are somewhat mournful....she admits this herself. Her ever present sense of humour kept it light and never boring!!! I would definitely recommend this show to eveyone. I loved that there was no opening act.....so be there on time. So good to see her in her home town too.

Fantastic evening - I didn't want it to end. Jann had me laughing, crying and of course reaching in to those deep parts of my heart making me think - remember - and hope for better times. One of those moments that inspired me to wak out want to be a better person.

While I paid full price for good seats, the seats sucked.. Railing was in the way, and Jann kept walking far stage left, which meant we couldn't see a thing, HOWEVER Her voice and humour made the evening AMAZING! The band and backup were extraordinary!

This was my first Jann Arden concert... and I am looking forward to seeing her again! She is an amazing artist, crystal clear vocals, great story telling, irreverent jokes, and an amazing band. I was sitting near the back of the concert hall and the atmosphere still felt intimate and cozy.

Jann was so open and approachable, it really did feel like an intimate evening. Audience was asking questions from the floor and the incident with Jann giving away $300 was very cool (committed to giving a $100 for every swear word that she'd say). The pictures of the band and family were very funny.

When it said "intimate evening with Jann Arden" I thought it was just a gimmick because of the small theatre. Far from it! There was no opening act, just 2.5 hours of Jann. At some points she played with her band, other times she was alone on stage with an acoustic guitar. In between songs she told stories and jokes, the best parts were when she raised the house lights and took questions from the audience, and another point where she narrated a slide show of her family growing up! Throughout she was funny, down to earth, and unpretentious. She came across as genuinely thankful for the support of her fans over the years, and really tried to make it a great show!

Loved the evening, especially with no intermission. The slide show certainly was different and fun to watch. Makes everything much more personable. Jann always put on a good show and it was great hearing the cuts from her new album in person......I wasn't much impressed with it until I heard it live.Fiddler was excellent except that I found it a little over powering..sound system??? Loved the encore segment...Audience partipation is always good and damn it we have good voices too!!! I heard from an usher that the second night outshone the first..glad we went on the second. Is it true about her and Jian??????

Not only is Jann Arden Canadian but an outstanding performer and comedian. The show was close to 2-1/2hours of none stop entertainment, great music and a touch of personal humour although at her own family expense. If you cannot laugh at your own self or family for that matter then you would have no material!!!

We so enjoyed our evening with Jann Arden....she was absolutely outstanding; excellent showmanship and I loved how she introduced and acknowledged her band members, not once but a few times....with loads of laughter from the audience, the little girl that gave her the flowers came away $300 richer....now what was I NOT supposed to do?.... we are so proud of our fab Canadian singer as she introduced her newest songs to her fans- rock on, Jann!

Loved the showed. She is such a great Canadian with a friendly, down-home attitude.

She's hilarious, with tremendous pipes! I will absolutely see every Jann Arden event I can!

A wonderful voice and songwriting sensibility are combined with a comic sense that is quirky and original in Jann Arden.

You really have to see Jann Arden live to appreciate what a huge voice she has. She also has a huge personality and was highly entertaining in a venue where every one pretty much has to stay in their seats (or space).

Loved the concert - Jann Arden is a great entertainer....and funny!!! Great sense of humour and made the event very personable (I've never seen a concert where an entertainer shares family pictures as part of the event - very cool!!). Jann's voice was fantastic, band was great though the sound guy could have done a better job balancing the playback. Music sounded a bit "bright" through the music system and some of the acoustics overpowered Jann's voice at times. Overall, it was good, but if I were in the band, I'd have a chat with the sound guy....

This woman is absolutely amazing and never disappoints her audience. I have seen her several times and I am always raving about what a great show it was. For my friend it was her first time and unlike anything she had expected. Jann is full of laughter, passion, reflection and humor and that trancends to the audience.

Having seen the amazing Ms. Arden several times, I can honestly say she gets better on each occasion. In this case, familiarity definitely breeds not contempt, but appreciation. Fantastic concert by a fantastic performer.
