Jersey Boys (Touring) Tickets

Voices were difficult to hear inconsistent volume.

We attended the opening night of the Jersey Boys at the Jubilee Auditorium in Calgary. We bought tickets last minute and got second balcony tickets. We were not concerned as we feel the Jubilee seating offers great view from every where. We were, however, quite disappointed with the audio. For approximately the first half to 3/4 of an hour, we had difficulty understanding what was being said as it seemed the speakers in the second half of the auditorium were not on. The singing was audible as there was typically more than one voice being utilized. It dampened our enjoyment of a great show. We did express our concern to an usher but did not get much of a response. Either we got used to it or the sound technicians improved the audio, as the second half was somewhat better. Good show but sound quality could have been much better.

Jersey Boys was amazing! I highly recommend seeing this touring show. The lead singers had incredible voices and the storyline was very entertaining. If you have sensitive ears you may not like the swearing... otherwise fabulous!

Exceeded all expectations! Simply the best performances by all!

I have seen Jersey Boys, many times. The music is why I go. The show is well staged, the set works well with the story. The cast does a super job, with multiple costume changes. I would go again

Had seen the Jersey Boys in Vegas, so we thought we'd take our son to see the travelling production in Seattle. Although a little different this time round due to a more limited prop set, the show was still excellent and we still loved it. Definitely a must see if you are a fan of musicals!!! You won't be disappointed!!!

Singing, dancing, setting and music....FANtastic. Complete production created the best musical I have seen to date!! Fastest two hours of my life.

This is my second time seeing Jersey Boys with the first time in Las Vegas. The touring production has some different staging but has all the charm of Jersey Boys. This show I saw has high production values and staging. The cast was phenomenal, excellent singing voices. I liked how the band was part of the show rather than always in the orchestra pit. The show looked sold-out. The audience was extremely appreciative of the cast and show with a standing ovation at the end. I would recommend staying and listening to the band close out the evening rather than leaving right away. Would see again. It's just a fun show!!!

The Jersey Boys was an excellent show. Great music and the staging was terrific. The desks, tables, chairs, etc were brought on stage for each scene, and taken away (often by the actors) to make way for next scene in such a smooth perfectly timed way. It was a marvel to see. The performers sang the songs with emotion and heart.

Good story, great singing, music, costumes, set and choreography. The actors captured you right away. 2 1/2 hours went by incredibly quickly. Was surprised at the "F" bomb being dropped as many times as it was. The person I attended with, said they saw the show 4 years ago on a cruise ship and the "F" word wasn't used then. The show would be just as great without it. Nevertheless it was a fantastic show that takes you back in time. Great job!!

It was like taking a trip back in time where life was easier. The costumes and the artists were fantastic. If you closed your eyes you could swear it was Frankie Valli and the 4 Seasons actually signing. Truly a memorable experience

Great Music, Great Show up beat..I wanted it to continue..I didn't like the opening number and the stage was a little sparse.

Great production and even better performance. Enjoyed the show from the beginning to the end. Hard to remember the number of hit songs the group had.

I am still singing the tunes of the Jersey Boys! Such a dynamic show. Sang to all songs. I did not want it to end. I would see it over and over again!!

This performance brought back so many wonderful memories. It was great to see the story of how "The Four Seasons" got started right through the ups and downs of their lives and careers.

From the music to the story to the performers, Jersey Boys was an awesome show!! Hayden Milanes aka Frankie Valli was unbelievable in his amazing performance & his stellar talent!!! Everyone gave 100% in song, dance & acting talent making Jersey Boys unforgettable. The music brought back a myriad of memories of a bygone era & had me dancing in my seat. If Jersey Boys ever comes back to Winnipeg again, I will be there.

This was my third time seeing Jersey Boys so I think that says it all! Love the music and the story, too. One disappointing thing was the sound- sometimes we could not hear Frankie Valli at the start of a song. Band drown him out! We did not experience this when we saw in Vegas or New York, so I would say it was the miscue of the sound tech on duty that night at the Wpg Concert Hall! We took both sets of parents and our daughter, too and they all enjoyed Jersey Boys immensely!

What a great musical. Top notch performers with lots of energy. The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the swearing; which was wayyyyyy over the top and as far as I was concerned not needed.It would have been a great show for my grandkids; but I wouldn't take them because of the excessive swearing.
