  • Great show

by Getatub on 2018-05-05FirstOntario Concert Hall (Formerly Hamilton Place) - HamiltonRating: 5 out of 5

Super fast wit. Really enjoy Jimmy Carr’s lightning quick comedy.

  • Jimmy Carr Too funny

by RobbG on 2016-05-13Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Great show, sharp sarcastic wit. If you watch 8 out of 10 cats you know all about him. He invites hecklers, so have some sharp comebacks ready.

  • Jimmy Carr Very Disappointing

    by 342fjei on 2016-05-07Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 1 out of 5

Expecting a comic to use humour and wit to entertain us, we instead got 90 minutes of him offending and embarrassing the audience. This was laced with on going profanity. These strategies can work but becomes all you remember when used to this extreme. I don't understand why some comics think that shocking the audience over and over again is considered humour. This was not the same Jimmy Carr we have seen on Just For Laughs many times. His stage shows are a waste of your money.

  • Jimmy Carr made my mouth hurt!

by Gordos on 2016-05-07Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Jimmy Carr is incredibly funny! His prepared material will make you laugh but his off the cuff material or banter with the audience will have you in stitches! Such a witty guy! I highly recommend catching his live show if you have the opportunity to do so! Five stars!!!

  • Definitely Funny Business

    by RM185 on 2016-05-07Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Hugely enjoyable, very clever man. DO not go if you are easily offended, there is no subject off limits here. Great mix of set jokes, which you may of heard before, but plenty of location specific stuff. It is however the audience interaction that makes this show really funny.....well worth seeing

  • Non-stop laughter

by comedybob on 2016-05-07Burton Cummings Theatre - WinnipegRating: 5 out of 5

Jimmy Carr was funny from the moment he hit the stage. His interaction with the crowd was hilarious.

  • Funny Man

by JackieH on 2016-05-03Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The show was hilarious. Yes, you will hear some old favourites from his various specials, but there was plenty of new and region specific material too, so don't be a "Jeff!?

  • Jimmy Carr all the way to the bone

by Discodave on 2016-05-03Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

What a show. If you like it raw, no holds barred then this is the show for you. Politically incorrect Carr leaves no taboo subject untouched. Hecklers beware, you will be left scarred for life!!!

  • Jimmy Carr Knows Just Where To Draw The Line:

by WKPTO on 2016-05-03Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

He knows exactly just how far he can go. He draws the line. And then he jumps over it, joyously, constantly. Nothing is off limits. Nothing goes unsaid. Not everything works, which is actually a good thing....he's not playing it safe. But when it worked, which was most of the time, the audience was squirming in shock and guilty delight.

  • ADULT WARNING!

by stoneycanuk on 2016-05-03Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Jimmy is a great comedian who takes on every taboo subject, adds his twisted view of the world and frequently shocks the audience! An English version of a Billy Connolly when he was at his peak!

Funny witty and awsome with hecklers. Would recommend him to any comedy fan

  • totally worth every non-existing Canadian penny!

by JimmyCarrsPublicist on 2016-05-03Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I've only seen a few minor clips of his shows over the last years. Figure why not check it out.... haven't laughed as much as I did since Dave Chappelle.

  • The Brits have it!

by mikeyk on 2016-05-03Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Excellent show. If sex embarrasses you, maybe skip it and go to McDonald's

  • Doesn't matter that it's on netflix

by wowsa on 2016-05-03Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

It's always a treat to see him live. Even if you could see the same basic jokes he'll use on netflix you get to see him adapt to the hecklers, crowd, city, and general feel and get a show out of just that. This show he's even come up with a new in joke for the crowd that i hope spreads to the rest of toronto because we all know there are too many jeff's in the world

  • Hillarious Night

by TheDomster on 2016-05-03Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Just loved the show. Jimmy was funny and had the crowd going from start to finish. He was all over the place with his jokes and just loved the heckling portion. he had us rolling in the aisles. if you can go see him when he tours Canada! Would see him again in a heart beat!

  • Hilarious

by Whenyourinprison on 2016-05-02Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Amazing set, great jokes about the city (a good bunch of them) and the quick wit we've come to expect from Mr. Carr.

  • by JammyJammGal on 2016-05-02Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Laughed way too hard. He is unbelievable and worth the unusual venue to go see. Not for everybody which made it even funnier.

  • Brilliant comedian

by LisaCat on 2016-05-02Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

I've been waiting for years for Jimmy to come to Toronto and finally all my dreams came true. I got to meet him and get a photo, he was so nice and ever so hilarious. Everyone who loves 8 out of 10 cats and QI should see his stand up. Absolutely brilliant and the heckling comebacks are gold.

  • Jimmy Carr - Great Show

by KingKal on 2016-05-02Queen Elizabeth Theatre - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Went with a group of friends, great show, but ... You expect him to cross the line of good taste, but sometimes he stomps on that lines and keeps on going. Generally the guys in the group loved the show, the ladies enjoyed it, but thought some of it was in poor taste. If you have strong religious values or are easly offended by taboo subjects, do not go. Very funny, but not for everyone...be warned he loves to pick on the audience.
