Josh Ritter and the Royal City Band Tickets

Josh Ritter is passionate about music and performing! Rather than just your average show, we were treated to a sensorial experience! Josh really played with the acoustics of the venue and the lighting, choreographing and conducting not only the band, but the entire audience, too! We were encouraged to sing along or, adversely, to close our eyes and simply listen in the dark. I love Josh's sincere appreciation of the audience and the verbal declarations of love and gratitude he showers upon the audience again and again! He played songs for a solid 90, breath taking minutes, from a variety of his albums! Simply put, Josh Ritter and the Royal City Band are wonderful!!!!

Stunning eclectic engaging and high energy. This alt-folk Americana rocker and his band pull out some of his best stuff for a live twist and also toned some down for full audience participation. Great show!

As always Josh Ritter and band were in fine form with a great collection of new and old. This guy can perform and rarely do you see an artist who seems to genuinely love every minute of it - as you do with Josh. His enthusiasm is captivating and he knows how to hit all the right marks. Lots of interaction with the audience, fun, humorous stories - leaves the audience wishing the night would never end. Basia Bulat opened and was great as well. I would highly recommend you see Josh Ritter if he comes to town, heck... travel somewhere to go see him.

Great music, even better live! It is obvious that he is appreciative of his fans and loves what he is doing, he never stops smiling! Such a talented artist!
