About
Kings of Leon are a four-time Grammy-winning rock band formed in Nashville, Tennessee. Since their inception in 1999, the group’s lineup has been composed of the Followill brothers Caleb, Nathan and Jared, along with their first cousin Matthew Followill. The band emerged with their debut album, Youth & Young Manhood, in 2003, while subsequent releases like 2005’s Aha Shake Heartbreak and 2007’s Because of the Times further established the band as Southern rock staples in the American and international mainstream. Kings of Leon’s 2008 album Only by the Night earned the band’s first RIAA double-platinum certification with hit singles like “Sex on Fire” and “Use Somebody,” the latter of which peaked at a career-best No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100. Furthermore, 2010’s Come Around Sundown and 2013’s Mechanical Bull both reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200, while their 2016 effort WALLS became Kings of Leon’s first No. 1 debut. In 2021, the group released their eighth album, When You See Yourself.

by dolphin1 on 2017-08-13Budweiser Stage - TorontoExcellent show. These guys know how to rock!! We would see them again.
Rating: 4 out of 5 KOL were solid
by Peejhey on 2017-08-12Budweiser Stage - TorontoHard to believe that they've been around for 13 years or so. They didn't do the oldies like Molly Chambers but I was pretty pleased they did The Bucket. Weird tho after their last song the canned music came on. They were still on the stage. They waved to the fans and left and the house lights came on. No encore. That kind of sucked.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Nathaniel Rateliff opened for Kings of Leon
by TiaBoBia on 2017-08-12Budweiser Stage - TorontoGreat show, with a packed venue. I love both of these bands so I got two shows for the price of one. It was a beautiful, warm evening with a cool breeze off the lake. Loved the light show put on by Kings of Leon.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Nice chill evening
by review123 on 2017-08-12Budweiser Stage - TorontoKings of Leon doesn't dissapoint, only minus is lack of an encore

Rating: 3 out of 5 Kings of Leon...meh
by WhiskeyLU on 2017-08-12Budweiser Stage - TorontoThis was the second time I saw KOL and I was hopeful they would put on a better show than they did the first time (Caleb had a hissy fit at the first show). Although this time around there was no drama, the show was just okay. Ordinary would be a good word to describe. Nathaniel Rateliff and the Nightsweats on the other hand were AMAZING!! These guys are true entertainers and I would love to see them headline instead of KOL. KOL didn't even pretend they were going to do an encore...still a fan of the music overall but will never pay to see them again.
Rating: 5 out of 5 KOL One of their Best!
by AhaMilkShake on 2017-01-31Budweiser Stage (Toronto) (Previously ACC in Jan 2017) - TorontoThe fact that the show is broken up into Acts and the way they've switched up their performance (including some acoustic, and brought Nathan up the front) is a true example of how they just keep refining their craft. They played 26 songs at their January show in TO and I'll be at the next one in August ;)
Rating: 5 out of 5 Kings of Leon were amazing!!!
by Anonymous on 2017-01-19Air Canada Centre - TorontoIt's been too long since KOL have been out and touring. They sounded amazing and I loved that they switched up all the tunes with a great combination of old and new. Not as much of an edge to their new stuff but still great music.
Rating: 4 out of 5 Packed to the rafters
by tb33 on 2017-01-19Air Canada Centre - TorontoKOL packed the ACC to the rafters for an amazing show. Lots of songs from walls plus Sex on Fire and Use Somebody and one or two earlier ones. They had a great 3 song acoustic set as well which was really well received. Only Supersoaker from Mechanical Bull which was disappointing as Trmple is my favourite track but they did tour that album twice through Toronto.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Kings of Leon was fantastic!

by Brodero on 2014-08-11Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoI try not to miss these guys whenever they come to town. I have seen them twice this year and look forward to the next show. They are amazing in concert. Sound so good live. I would highly recommend anybody that is a fan of good live music to see them.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Strong from beginning to end
by Gillyptbo on 2014-08-10Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - TorontoKings of Leon opened up with a predictable start and that was perfect, it set a great mood for a whirlwind ride. We chose to take seats over the grass and still there wasnt one person sitting down for the entire set. The placement of "Comeback Story" in the set was terrific and stocked the coals for a great finish. My wife and I are both 43 and have been going to concerts at the Amphitheare for years, the venue is solid, serving staff were awesome especially in the American Express bar, we were celebrating our 14th Wedding anniversay Aug 5, 2000 and what a great evening.
Rating: 4 out of 5by Cat25 on 2014-08-09Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - Toronto KOL is a great 'meat & potatoes' rock band. Great songs, good flow to the show, nice down to earth interaction with the audience
