La Roux is amazing

La Roux played most of the last album and sprinkled in a bunch of new songs that make me very excited about the new album. I highly recommend seeing this band before the new album drops as the next time they tour it might be in a stadium where you its tougher to feel connected with the band. The frontwoman worked the crowd, interacting with all parts of the audience, holding the hands of fans that reached out to her and generally making sure that everyone was engaged. She has an amazing smile as well, genuine, confident and cool. She reminded me of Thin White Duke era Bowie in her style. I can't say enough about how cool she seems. A good show, that I'm happy attended and now I'm eagerly awaiting a new album.

BUT, turns out they give priority to the adults by inviting you in to the Green Room before the show for bevys. When inside you there was sections reserved for adults. The venue was perfect. The crowd size perfect. The sound amazing... La Roux PERFECT!!!
