A++++++++ show one of the best shows I have seen in a long time!
Machine Head at their best. The intensity was incredible.
It was incredible! Machine head was loving it, we were loving it and they played for 2 hours! Flynn talked with the crowd and you could tell he was having a good time. My friends and I arrived when Suicide Silence started up and they were rocking out hard and interacting with the audience. Too bad about Darkest Hour, they're equipment got stolen a few nights ago, so next time you see them buy more merch!! All in all, it was a fantastic time and well worth the money! I saw them in Montreal last year at Mayhem and they perform well in both an open environment and a small venue. The sound guy did a good job managing all the levels and you could hear everything as well as you could for a small venue and a loud band. Lighting worked well for the band's performance as well as the fog. This was the best $35 i've ever spent.
Great show. I have never seen Machine Head before. If the Machine Head ever comes back to Toronto Canada I would go to the concert.
The best show ever!!! Machine Head was unforgettable, there was many mosh pits and the fans had a lot of fun. A fantastic evening!
The venue is amazing, with a vintage feeling to it. It was my first ever concert in Canada and I thought everything went great. The two opening bands are more in line with metalcore, so not really my cup of tea. Nevertheless, they performed the hell out of that stage. When Machine Head walked in, it felt like an earthquake. I had already seen them in Brazil, so it was like a revival of sorts. The setlist was comprehensive of their whole career. My personal highlights were when Robb Flynn said that it was really hard to get into Canada from the U.S. but totally worth it and when everybody started to stomp their feet on the wood floors. Robb came back to the stage and asked: "Is this the Machine Head pound?" Awesome.
