Show was over priced and wished a for a better setlist I dislike the black album and to get 5 songs off that album sucked cause they have way more better material than the Bob rock infused dribble that got mass air play and was a turning point in the band that drew the line in the sands for the old school fans.
It was an unforgettable night it started off with Gojira (never heard of but love now) rocking the place and making us fans in the stands feel like jumping into the pit. Avenged Sevenfold came on next a band in was looking forward to seeing for the first time live I have to say I was a bit disappointed one of the first bands that I enjoy their CDs more than them live. And then the big boys hit the Stage and the whole crowd lost it. I so wanted to be on the floor I jumped a 10 ft wall and made it about the same distance before security grabbed me and sent me back to my seat. Great security people I was cooperative and they treated me respectively not agressivly. A fun night was had by all. The fireworks and flames were fun to watch but after seeing Ramsteins pyrotecnics nothing compares well.
Was a truly amazing show. 100% would recommend seeing Metallica live

Best concert ever! Considering the stadium setting, the sound was fantastic. And the energy in there was intoxicating.
Event was managed very well as far as the Commonwealth Stadium staff/ management goes. Opener bands were good but every one I spoke to said that the sound quality was poor at best. I am also sure the bands would agree. Metallica was awesome and the sound was concideribly better. Should have been at least as good for advenged sevenfold and gojera

Absolutely amazing!! My 3rd time seeing Metallica and this was the best of all 3 shows I have been to!
The sound was incredible and the show was awesome!! Made me love Metallica even more. The only thing that I didn't like was they stoped serving booze almost right away. About a quarter of the way through the show I went to the bathroom and wanted to grab a drink and it was closed. Wish I had a heads up. Even though our seats were very high up and away from the stage it was till awesome!!
They gave an amazing show. It`s a must see. Great sound and pyrotechnics.
Really enjoyed opening bands; third time seeing Metallica but first outdoor concert for me. Completely more than happy with the entire show, venue, security on site, and everything else.

First Metallica concert ever. Loved it! Only criticism was the lack of merchandise tables in the venue. Made for 2 very long lineups. Which in turn made for individuals missing part the opening acts!
Nobody is as good. Bottom line. They are masters of their craft. Best songs from the best performers.
