My Chemical Romance are a rock band composed of lead vocalist Gerard Way, bassist Mikey Way and guitarists Ray Toro and Frank Iero. Formed in 2001 in New Jersey, MCR have become highly influential for their blend of rock, pop-punk and emo music along with unflinchingly open lyrics and theatrical live performances. Beginning with 2002’s I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love, MCR have released four studio albums, two live recordings and three compilations. The band unveiled their major label debut, Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge, in 2004 behind their first charting singles, “I'm Not Okay (I Promise),” “Helena” and “The Ghost of You.” In 2006, MCR’s third album The Black Parade reached a career-high No. 2 on the Billboard 200, while lead single “Welcome to the Black Parade” peaked at No. 9 on the Hot 100. After touring 2010’s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, MCR did not perform together again until 2019, followed by a reunion world tour between 2022 and 2023. The band headlined Las Vegas’ When We Were Young Festival in 2024. In 2025, My Chemical Romance embarked on a tour in celebration of the 20th anniversary of their landmark third studio album, The Black Parade.

MCR is one of my favourite bands and they did not disappoint. Gerard Way's vocals were INSANE! Such a nostalgic and unforgettable night.
MCR has so much energy. Reads the crowd so well. Very engaging and so talented.
I had to be forcibly removed from the venue when it was over.
Best show ever! I went there with my best friend and it was awesome. Gerard way was at his best! I already miss them!
I was really looking forward this concert after it was postponed a few times since 2020. After all this time, my expectations were high, but the band still blew me away! I was pleasantly surprised when they included some of their older songs they don't always play. High energy from beginning to end, great sound and really fun all around! As a longtime fan, I was not disappointed and had such a great night!
The setlist was excellent, the band had a great energy and seemed to truly have a fun time. Overall great show!
This was a last minute decision to treat my kid to a 16th birthday present. She knows every song, every lyric, knows the band statistics, participates in fan videos...this is her vibe...we had to fly to Montreal and was able to secure floor seats near the pit. The venue was perfect. The crowd was enthusiastic and ready to rock. The opening acts were amazing...really pumped up the crowd. We had a great time and made a life memory. She's still smiling.
Loved the show, the fans’ devotion and the setlist. The sound was subpar.
Great show ! The staff outside was well organized to optimize queuing at different doors. Staff inside was nice. Had the best seat ever for a show.
I’ve been listening to MCR for almost a decade and this was my first time seeing them live. Absolutely amazing show, their live performance exceeded my expectations by a landslide!! Very emotional and fun show.
MCR are back and better than ever. This night was magical.
The show was amazing, wish it was longer. Cant wait to see them again
Show Parfait ! MCR nous ont ramené 15 ans en arrière. Ils sont encore aussi bon sinon plus qu'il y a 15 ans.
I’ve been waiting years to see my chemical romance and they did not disappoint at all, this concert was worth every single cent. Amazing seats, perfect setlist and so much positive energy from Gerard, Mikey, Frank and Ray!!! Laughed, cried, cheered and sang my heart out. They really know how to put on a show and they sounded amazing! If you’re thinking of going, I strongly advise you do, whether you’re a lifelong fan or have only heard a few songs, it’s an experience you'll never forget. Gerard is an amazing frontman and you can tell he genuinely cares about his fans so much, asking if we were all okay and making sure nobody was hurt. You could tell everyone in the arena was loving it. The best concert I’ve ever been to hands down. Would love to go again!!! ❤️
Fabulous show in Montreal! MCR is awesome!!!!!!!!!!
It was my very first show and everything was perfect, the energy the music, the setlist. BEST SHIW EVER!
To start off there was 2 opening acts which they were amazing! And then a break as they set up the stage and mcr comes on and starts their show and it’s non stop entertainment in the mosh pit they were throwing blown up condoms lol anyways amazing show loved it I recommend going!!!!!
I know I'm late in reviewing this concert but better late than never. I saw MCR before Blink-182 on their Honda Civic Tour (I came for MCR); I was able to get to the barrier on the floor. The band was amazing. They didn't have the full set or stage that they would've had if they were the main act but that didn't matter - they still put on a simply awesome show. There were some haters in the audience unfortunately who threw water bottles... but that didn't seem to phase them (Gerard challenged one of the bottlers to a dance competition!). Ray on guitar nails all his killer solos. Mikey on bass is the cool foundation. Frank on guitar is really energetic and takes up the whole stage. And Gerard is a great frontman who really interacts with the audience, and you can tell he's passionate about the music. I'm kinda at a loss for words when I describe that night because it was honestly one of the best nights of my life!
AMAZING band. Gerard Way makes you feel like you are on a cloud throwing lightening bolts into a sea of non-believers. The music was stupendous and the vibe was live for hours later. There is nothing like a good rock concert to burn a happy memory into your brain.
"This party I think it's way too loud Gonna have to turn it down a little, sorry." This concert was loud. My lord, was it loud. I've been to MCR concerts before, and found them fine, but this one left my ears ringing for three days afterwards. That's crazy Despite that (and the fact that I lacked the sense to check my leather jacket, leading to a very, very warm evening) it was a really great time. The opening acts, especially Anti-Flag, were amazing. My Chem put on the best show I've ever seen them do, including a three song encore and two tracks from their first album (which them seemed to have totally sworn off in the past). They also upgraded their light show, making me miss the pyrotechnics from "The Black Parade" tour that much less. To sum it up: If you're a fan of the band, old or new, you have to see them in concert. It's a ridiculously good time.
