This entire experience was amazing! I haven’t been to a concert since Covid.. I have seen Nickelback 5 times!! I love them! They are the best to watch. I just wish the sattledome had better speakers so there isn’t as much feed back and the sound was more clear. I also wish the Jumbotron wasn’t in the middle of my viewing. Other than that, love seeing them!
Nickelback always engages the crowd, they have amazing sound people so you can hear everything! They pyrotechnics are always a part of the show and Chad always picks people from the crowd to talk to or engage with making the entire crowd laugh at his jokes! They may be huge, but they are humble and grateful!
Started the day at the music centre for their induction to the hall of fame. Then made our way to show. Almost say it was one of the best concerts i have seen in awhile.Didnt sit down at all,danced all night long!!!!!
Nickleback was so awesome & I was really glad the sound was good, it was loud but I could hear them singing clearly (unlike the second opener whose band was so loud I couldn’t hear the singer) The best part of the concert was the mix of old & new songs. I’d buy a ticket again!
Nickelback played quite a few older favorites and a couple of their new songs and it all sounded great. The pyrotechnics and screen visuals took the whole entertainment experience to the next level. There were fans from 8 years old to 88 years old, all singing along to their favorite songs. Felt like an intimate concert and interactive concert even though there 20,000 people there. If you get the chance...go see this Nickelback show!
Although we were not familiar with the starting acts, they were OK...nice to have some of their history and stories. Each of the supplementary acts were 45min - 1 hour long, so the value for money was good. The Nickelback concert was fantastic, and nice to see Chad thank the Calgary crowd repeatedly, as this was near to where they started. Again, nice to hear a few bits of the band's history, that they'd been performing for 27 years and that it was Michael's birthday. We liked that they invited the other two acts onstage to sing together with the band at one point. We weren't crazy about all the extra anime features the band added periodically, showing a van chase etc...didn't really make sense for a musical show; however, we understand this helped promote the show's "theme" (ie Get Rollin' Tour), and probably allowed the band to have a few minutes' break between sets. Pyrotechnics and lighting were excellent. The music was all recognizable (except for the newer album, which I wasn't familiar with), and the level of the music and vocals was good for Nickelback. We did find, however, with the other 2 acts that the music was louder than the vocals, so it make it difficult to make out the words sometimes. Security onsite was good and helpful as the concert went on, and there were no problems with the crowd, which was very vocal in it's appreciation for the band. It was a bit of an inconvenience to walk from the Calgary Metro train station to the stadium - I understand this used to be a fully covered walkway, but now it's open to the elements, which is not enjoyable when it's raining, as the walk is 5-10 minutes. Overall, excellent value for the money...show started at 6:30 p.m. and ran until about 11:15 p.m.
The show time stated 6:30 pm, which was the case. What we did not expect was that the 6:30 pm start was for an opening artist to the featured opening artist, which resulted in us sitting in our seats for 2 hours and 30 minutes before Nickelback actually came on stage! There was no communication about the program or what was happening!
Had a fantastic time, the show was awesome, great crowd interaction and pyrotechnics. Can't wait to see them again.

This is the second (possibly third) time we have seen Nickleback. Overall it was a great concert, but I gave it 4 stars for one main reason. The concert started @6:30 but Nickleback didnt take the stage until 9:15 and for a person coming in from out of town on a Sunday night, it made for a very long evening. The first opener only played 6 songs so maybe a half hour. The second opener played for a little over an hour and then 2 thirty minute breaks in between sets. Personally i think they could have omited the second break, shortened the second opener a bit and had Nickleback onstage by 830. We will still go again because we love the band, but just a word of caution to anyone getting tickets in the future.
Nickelback was superb as always. Awesome show and you can tell they care to be there and are having as much fun as the people who are watching them. My only complaint is that the building was extremely warm. Felt like there was no air conditioning at all. But I also understand that when it is filed to maximum capacity it could be hard to keep up.
I didn't think the show would have a tablespoon of country music, but my daughter loved it! The lights, the sound, the playlist, the animation...everything was on point! I am absolutely deceived I didn't see them live sooner! They are in my top 3 for sure. Can't wait to see them again!
I think I’ve seen Nickelback 6 or 7 times in concert now and they ALWAYS put on such a great show!
The show was great! They sounded good and had really cool backdrops and pyrotechnics. After more than 25 years together they have such a huge amount of hits and their new songs were excellent as well. Highly recommend this concert! Would have gone again if they played another night!

I have been to all of Nickelback’s concerts here in Calgary, and this one was out of this world. Fantastic! The band is absolutely wonderful and then there is Josh Ross, who absolutely nailed it! Best concert I have been to!
