Paul Potts put on a very good show. As well as his beautiful voice, he is friendly and seems to really enjoy what he is doing. We felt we got our money's worth and would certainly go to see him again.
Mr. Pott's performance far exceeded my expectations. While we were all impressed with his efforts on Britain's Got Talent, the tour illustrates that he is, indeed, capable of so much more. It is also wonderful to see that he has retained his humility, and still appreciative of his chance to live his dream. Well done!
Paul Potts was a delight as a performer -- humble, sincere, and so very talented. What baffled my mind, and confounded my guest as well, was the appearance of a guest performer twice throughout the show. We both found the guest performer completely out of sync with the rest of the show, and, to be blunt, not even remotely enjoyable. Her music was like karaoke gone terribly wrong. How she ever became part of this show is a great mystery to me.
The show was absolutely outstanding. Well worth the money. The acoustics were great, and the man himself was absolutely charming. What a voice. Hope to see and hear more of him. Disappointed that his new CD was not available for sale.
Paul Potts was good. However, production was horrible. Orchestra was poorly put together and the guest artist was not up to par.
The Paul Potts performance was truly one the most amazing evenings I have had. He has THE most extraordinary voice, each song he sang just blew me away. I kept thinking that they couldn't get any better, but they just kept coming, one after the other......and he was so humble, such a gentle soul. He talked to the audience as if he was the one honoured by our presence rather that us by his. We left feeling so moved by this great artist's performance. Wow, I just can't say enough about him. It was just a great, great performance! ...........and this is coming from someone who is heading to the Heaven & Hell concert at the end of August!!!!!
Paul Potts = 5 stars Spider Lady = 0 stars I still can't believe how good Paul was in person; however, that's not the point of my review. The woman they paired him with was a complete nightmare; I'm trying hard to block her from my memory entirely. What a mismatch in talent and style. Her very strange personal set that included some ridiculous "Scary Spiders" nightmarish show tune was something out of a bad horror movie.
Fabulous voice, loved the song choices and really enjoyed myself! Would go again!
The concert was great, Paul was incredible...his lady guest however was so bad I was embarrassed for her. It was painful to sit trough. Next time, I hope he leaves her behind as she took away from his fantastic show.
