About

It isn’t often that one concert ticket allows you to witness two groundbreaking artists share the stage. That’s why when Paul Simon and Sting announced that they were embarking on a tour together, excitement for the event was sky high. Not only will the two living legends perform together, but they’ll also treat the crowd to separate solo sets of their classic tunes. Both artists and their immensely talented backing bands are famed for delivering masterful live performances utilizing multi-ethnic instrumentation and world rhythms inspired by music around the globe.  Paul Simon, of course first made his mark as an American songwriting legend as one half of the duo Simon and Garfunkle, yielding timeless classics like “Mrs. Robinson,” “Bridge Over Troubled Water,” “Scarborough Fair” and “Sounds of Silence.” He embarked on a successful solo career and produced the critically acclaimed albums One Trick Pony and Graceland among others, as well as the hits “Slip Slidin’ Away,” “Still Crazy After All these Years” and “50 Ways to Leave Your Lover.” Sting first gained international attention as the lead singer, songwriter, and bass player of ‘80s rock band The Police—a groundbreaking act that produced a string of hit songs, including “Roxanne,” “Every Breath You Take,” “Message In a Bottle,” “Every Little Thing She Does is Magic.” Like Paul Simon, Sting also enjoys a phenomenally successful solo career which has spanned decades, releasing acclaimed albums including Nothing Like the Sun, The Dream of the Blue Turtles, and Ten Summoner’s Tales, and topping the charts with hits like “If You Love Somebody Set Them Free,” “Fields of Gold” and “If I Ever Lose My Faith In You.” Needless to say, demand for Paul Simon and Sting tour tickets is high, as they’ll gain lucky fans access to what is sure to be an unforgettable concert experience.

these two artists played a fantastic set of the music that each has made famous - the back up musicians deserve massive credit for filling the ACC with the richest sound.

    Paul Simon & Sting

The concert was incredible. 2 Legends on Stage! Our seats were terrible. We were really far away. Now that I know the layout, I will be very careful when purchasing tickets. That being said, the accoustics were incredible. Absolutely loved being there.

    Good old fashion jam session...

by TheGooch on 2014-03-06Rogers Arena - Vancouver

Excellent collaboration and individual sessions. Each had their own band. Amazing musicians and supporting cast. Sound was decent for a stadium show. Highly recommend seeing this collaboration.

Sting & Paul Simon were awesome!

by bowler169 on 2014-03-06Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Great show with 2 singers together sharing each others hits and also on stage alone . Transitions from performers were smooth without any intermissions. They both interacted with the audience and were very entertaining. Both bands were awesome and shared in solo moments as well as the back-up singer with Sting.

    Nobody is Cooler that Sting!

by Monzer on 2014-03-06Air Canada Centre - Toronto

While it was a bit of a greatest hits fest, the energy on the room was amazing. They are 2 very different voices but they worked very well together on the duets.......singing their own songs made the night for me. I've seen Sting several times and he's never sounded better......love him or hate him, nobody is cooler then Sting!!

    Energy powerhouse

by Tooky63 on 2014-03-06Air Canada Centre - Toronto

What a fabulous duo! Their equipment was topnotch. The music was loud but not too loud (our ears weren't ringing when we left) and the sound was very crisp and clear. The energy was so contagious that everyone was on their feet dancing. 'Nuff said!

    Sting and Paul Simon!

by Latebloomerconcertgoer on 2014-03-06Air Canada Centre - Toronto

I put Sting before Paul Simon because I am a fan of his but Paul Simon won me over. He was even funny. The show was great, non stop hits and a few from Paul that I hadn't heard. Great concert, great performers, a show not to be missed if you are a fan.

Paul Simon & Sting, Together-one of the best !

by horsey1 on 2014-03-05Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Great concert. Sound was "tight" and relaxed. Everyone was in good voice. Featured soloists were of a very high standard. It was great to see them featured, in the spotlight, on the large side-screens. The playlist had lots of favourites. Many of us sang along when we knew the words. I left the concert with a big smile and music swirling around my head!

    A March made in Heaven!

by Patch2010 on 2014-03-05Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Superficially, Sting and Paul Simon have radically different musical styles, but they were made to perform together. Sting's patented wail brought tears to my eyes in his and Paul Simon's songs, and Simon's sweet mellow voice adds a note of tenderness to the raw emotion in Sting's lyrics. Individually, each is a consummate artist, supported by a dizzying array of performers. Together, they are unforgettable. Come on, 649 - I want to follow this tour across North America!

    good performance, lousy seat

by xand on 2014-03-05Air Canada Centre - Toronto

I was seated between 2 people who were very unpleasant. They commented and made evaluations of every part of the performance and sang the songs during the performance so that I could barely hear what was going on. When requested to stop, they said that this was their right and they were not going to stop. They didn't - right to the end it was an entirely unpleasant and forgettable experience.

    Paul Simon & Sting "AMAZING"

by ericadam on 2014-03-05Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Paul Simon still has a great voice & can hit the notes for the most part. The energy that his band has is fantastic. Sting's voice is so strong that it seems effortless to project his tunes. The both have a great stage presence & they compliment each other even though they play 2 different styles of music. The Police songs were excellent as well as the Graceland tunes which were high energy. Sting doing vocals with Paul on the older SImon & Garfunkel hits.Unforgettable. BRAVO!

    Sting was in top form

by tio56 on 2014-03-05Air Canada Centre - Toronto

I am a Sting Fan so I thought that he was amazing, Paul Simon was very good, at one point Sting had the crowd dancing and singing and then Paul Simon came on stage and went directly into a very slow song totally taking the steam out of the crowd so I was disappointed with that particular cross over between the artists, The last set with both was very good especially the last duet "When will I be loved" an old Everly Bros song Overall it was a great concert and both artists can still sing with the best.

Paul Simon and Sting : Best Concert in my life!!!!

by TDADRD on 2014-03-05Air Canada Centre - Toronto

I would highly recommend anyone to see Paul Simon and Sting in concert individually or together. They covered all thier greatest hits. The two bannds blended beautifully. The concert was sooooooo energetic with the correct balance of slow and up beat songs. Their voices were spectacular. I have admired these two artists since I was a little girl and it was a dream come true to get to see them live in Toronto. I would definitelty go see them again if they come back to Toronto.

sting and simon together on stage

by theartchick2000 on 2014-03-05Air Canada Centre - Toronto

Great to see two professional musicians enjoying themselves on stage. The give and take between them was natural seeming. Mutual respect for abilities and careers evident. This may have been the tightest mix of musicians on stage seen in a long time. The talent on stage was obvious and widespread. I could have listened for another 2 + hours.
