We really enjoyed the concert. Ringo Starr and His All Star Band put on a great show with a lot of energy. The venue was great.
We weren’t sure what to expect but were very happy with this event. Ringo gave an amazing energetic performance and really focused the show on the music of his band mates. That was an unexpected and very pleasant surprise. Together they all performed numbers from their own bodies of work as well some of Ringo’s and of course the Beatles. Very well done. The venue was perfect! Very enjoyable!
Wow Ringo and his All Star band put on a great show! I didn't expect a bad show but it was much better than expected. With Steve Lukather on lead Guitar, Colin Hay on rhythm Guitar, an original member of the AWB and David Lee Roth's powerhouse of a drummer. Ringo featured a diverse mixture of classic songs written by his fellow band members not just recycled Beatles hits. It was amazing actually. The PEACE message of the show, so lacking in today's society, was also VERY fitting as well. Thank you Ringo!!
Ringo was awesome! Band was awesome! Loved every minute of it!
The evening was one to remember! Great seats and great sound! Ringo and his All Star Band was a once in a lifetime for me!
Ringo was fantastic, the others were like icing the cake. Songs from four different bands and the main front guys singing them. I just hope I get another chance to see Ringo and the Allstar band once again.
We booked our tickets quite a while ago, and since we live at a distance from Niagara, we booked a room to stay overnight, too. The concert was excellent! I really wanted to see Ringo - he still sounds really good, just like in the past. The banter with the audience was fun. His all-star band didn't disappoint, either. Everysong was a hit, and lots of fun to hear live. Especially great were Warren Ham (what talent, sax, flute, percussion, singing, wow!) and Gregg Bissonette on drums. Loved to hear the songs of Toto, AWB and Men at Work. Lots of fun!
It was a decent show. Really enjoyed hearing songs from Ringo's all-star band. Steve Lukather of Toto was awesome on guitar, and it was great hearing the Toto songs. Colin Hay's voice has still got it for the Men at Work songs, and Hamish Stuart can still groove during the Average White Band songs. Ringo did a good job when he took the lead vocals, but there was a question whether or not his drum kit was mic'd up when he got behind the kit. Glad I saw the show, but also glad the cost was not through the roof.
The venue is awesome too. We were in the top balcony and could see everything and if you wanted a closeup of anything the jumbo screens were at eye level. The all stars were worth the money to see, especially the guy on horns and high vocals. We finally saw a Beatle!
Great evening! I saw Ringo 59 years ago at Maple leaf gardens when I was 12. Amazed at his performance at 84.
