Although the band brought a lot of energy, the sound was brutal. The vocals were painful to listen to. No crunch to the guitars. The whole thing was just awkward.
Quicksand still got it

Maybe it's me being from a different generation but, I was happy to see that when the band went on...barely anyone was on their smartphones texting/tweeting/blogging about the show ..they actually watched it. It was nice to hear audience participation by waying of chanting their tunes then to hear some hipster tween talk about their latest download on the iphone. KUDOS. It was a good night...need to have more 19+ showings.
