As a new piece of this production that i added to my bucket list 45 tears ago i am mystified at how energizing and emotionally uplifting it is. The production is a must see event Merry Christmas everyone.
This is easily my favourite way to celebrate the joy of the season! I'm so excited that it is back and can't wait to be there at the Expo Centre!
We were so excited to hear that The Singing Christmas Tree is back this year! It's been greatly missed and is highly anticipated! Tickets are a bit more expensive, but so is everything else...and this is an experience that I can take my whole family to and experience joy and tears and a grip of the heart without fail. We have all felt that Christmas Spirit and now more than ever are happy to support our local charities as well as have a fantastic night out! How can you loose!?! We can't wait!
I had a privilege of watching The Singing Christmas Tree when it was at the Jubilee Auditorium. It was a magnificent performance, from the everyone. I am pretty sure that they practiced many hours to deliver such fantastic performance for the audience. I am glad that it's back this year and hopefully many more to come. Family and I are watching on the 15th of December, got the tickets.
I’ve always loved going to this spectacle of a show at Christmas time and can’t wait for its return!! I’m so excited for the brand new feel and to see the added wow factor from the extensive work for this event!!
I have been in the audience listening to the singing Christmas Tree for many years. I missed it during the past 5 years they haven't performed. It was a beautiful way to ring in the true meaning of Christmas for me. Now that they have started it up again I was excited to be a part of it! The musical arrangements have variety that you don't hear on the radio. It is beautiful, meaningful, and will touch the hearts of everyone who attends. Looking forward to seeing you there to Ring in the True meaning of Christmas.
One of the best Christmas shows out there! Great music, great variety and fun for all ages!! I’m so glad it’s coming back. Something just felt like it was missing without it!

I am so excited for the return of the reimagined Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree in December 2024!!!! It was an amazing show in 2019 and for the preceding years and I know that this year's show will be better than ever!!!!
This show is a hidden gem in Edmonton. A great modern show still with careful attention to the reason behind the season. The performers and soloist are wonderful and the lighting and effects are amazing. If this show doesn't put you in the holiday spirit you belong in a cave on Mount Crumpit with the Grinch. 5 stars would see this show again and again!
My daughters and I have enjoyed performing in the Singing Christmas Tree for many years. It has been a cherished holiday tradition and we’ve had many family members travel from all across Canada to attend the show over the years. It is always a spectacular show featuring many talented local artists, a fabulous orchestra, and a 150 person choir in a Christmas Tree! It doesn’t get much more spectacular than that! The dedication, heart, and passion of everyone involved makes this production great! If you want a night of Fun, or you are seeking a message of Hope, we’ve got you covered. I’m so excited for the reimagined Edmonton Singing Christmas Tree. 2019 50th year celebration was spectacular. The experience is unparalleled. And from what I hear this year will bring more awe and tradition. If you’re looking for a new family experience, you must see the show.
Having been going years. Love the production. Love the variety. New songs, some traditional, great talent. Solo performances pare very professional. Excellent job John and gang!
Although I enjoyed the show, I felt it was over-produced and had a telethon feel to it. I personally would have preferred to hear the Tree sing and much less of the others. The show is billed as, The Singing Christmas Tree, yet they only sang 3 maybe 4 songs. Less banter, solo singers, and lame skits please, let the Tree sing! I also noted that last year's light show was much better than this year's lights. Probably won't go to see it next year.
