Taste of Spring Tickets

I used to go each year, but not last year. I decided to try it again this year. I found it lacked on vendors, and the wine vendors seemed to be next to none. For the price I would not go again. $45 only gets you in the door then it is $15 for 25 tickets and drinks range from 2-5 and food was much more.

I thought the gate admissions was way to high, because you have to pay for everything after you arrive. The ticket books are a good idea and the cost is okay for that , but the gate admission is way to high for nothing.

Lots of drinks and great food to! It was also a decent price of you were able to get the group rate.

Paid for entering a venue. $45. No entertainment or coupons with this. Then had to buy coupons to taste some poor wines. At $3-$5 per teaspoon or 20mls. some food stalls were reasonable most also had bite size morsels at $5-$7 per bite!! Do not recommend for 2016 if the format is the same.

I have been to this event for the last 4 years. Each year it gets a little smaller, with less vendors. I believe; it you have to make your event smaller; you should either cancel it or change it so as to not disappoint the paying customers from what they remembered prior. I will not go next year.

Very classy. We went Friday night, lots of people, but not crowded. Great vendors and more beer choices than 2 years ago when we attended last. Lots of choices for food. Many areas provided to sit and relax if you wanted to.

I have attended several of these events previously and this year I finally saw the turning point between advertising and economy. Most drinks were 3 or 4 tickets for a half an oz or a small sip of wine. As well there was not many of the usual vendors so it was smaller and more crowded. They did not let people keep their glasses which resulted in mass amounts of smashed glassware all over the floor. I think people cared about them more when they got to keep them. I also did not like how the mixed the wine vendors amongst the others. I liked the separation previously. All in all it was ok, but I will not be attending again next year.

There was a time when Taste of Spring had many wineries, some good quality food and a few liquors and beers. You could walk through the aisles at a leisurely pace and enjoy yourself while talking to people who were passionate about what they were offering. Now's it's just a mess of bottlenecked aisles without enough space and people trying to get drunk. We won't be back next year.

Havent been to the event in a couple years, things were pretty much ad expected .some more exotic food choices would be nice. Not sure why the entrance fee is so much and then you still have to buy tickets??? Some type of mandatory dress code would be nice to see.

Too crowded within 40 minutes of event opening, need more food options. Nice to have a place to dress up nicely for.

I have gone to TFS in previous years and I was disappointed this year with it. It closed earlier then other years and everything went up in price. I am not sure I'll be returning next year.

Years ago this event had twice the venders and was spread out in a larger area. Too much congestion, couldn't walk down aisle ways, much much wine to choose from.

This years taste of spring event was the biggest let down for myself and my friends in years. I have gone to every taste of spring since it began, our group is always between 6 & 12 people every year. This year their was half as many booths, very few new products, almost no food, a very small wine selection, no free wine glasses, on top of all that the total space for the event was so small we could barely move between the booths with out a long waits. Ticket prices where the same, but all other prices went up, pay more for less each year. Our group has already talked and if this event does not return to the great Taste of Springs of the past few years we will not return next year. To the people who organize this event, you need to pick up your game, because this year you missed the mark. Hope our group sees you next year?

The event was over sold,!! At times it was impossible to move through the aisles. It was a disappointment that once you actually got to a booth, the exhibitors didn't even have a chance to promote their products before you were literally pushed out of the way. The wasted space used up by the dusty cars could have be utilized in a much more efficient way. The tickets should also state the ending time, i was surprised to be kicked put at such an early time, because of the time fighting the crowds we didn't get to see more than half of the exhibits. I really hope to hear of efforts made to improve the functionality of the event.

I have not been to Taste of Spring for several years and it has sure changed. The event was moved to a much bigger venue which was nice but the crowd was crazy. It was difficult to get to some booths due to a wall of people. Although it is very expensive it is nice to try new drinks and food. I was not expecting it to be such a fancy event. The women were dressed as if it was New Years Eve and that has definitely changed since I last attended. I felt very undressed.

I've been to the Taste of Spring for several years, and it's been an event that I've looked forward to. It was no less busy this year, but with the amount of vendors/booths was significantly reduced. In addition to having a large amount of people crowded around less booths, there was only one ticket booth (although it had two sides open, which was also different from previous years). It's an expensive night out, which isn't a huge issue, but with the event downsized as much as it was it begins to seem not worth it.

it was too crowded and not enough food vendors. It is the first time I have seen vendors run out of liquor. Pretty bad. We have been going for 9 years and I don't think we will get tickets for next year.

The event has gone down hill. It used to be classy and spacious where you could learn about new wines and spirits. Now, it is a large cabaret like event where most I really drunk. Very crowded...no where to move. Disappointing event.

I have attended this event many years in a row. The selection of new beverages wasn't as vast as usual. The rows were very narrow and crouded making it hard to move from vendor to vendor. I was surprised that it wasn't as formal as years in the past. Still a nice night out.
