Not for the faint of heart

The New York Times calls it "the best musical of this century." The Washington Post says, "It is the kind of evening that restores your faith in musicals." And Entertainment Weekly says, "Grade A: the funniest musical of all time." Jon Stewart calls it "a crowning achievement. So good it makes me angry." It's The Book of Mormon, the nine-time Tony Award® winning Best Musical.

The set, choreography, songs and humour were great. The constant use of the “F” word was very jarring!
Hilarious, fast moving, great music. Very good performance.
Well worth it. Can see why it was nominated & won so many live theatre awards. Hits All the emotions. Will go again if/when roadshow passes thru. Cause impossible to 'get' ALL the innuendos, jokes & double entendres in one performance. Loved 'South Park's , knew I'd love this too. Wasn't wrong. FANTASTIC!!
Not as great as when I seen it a few years ago ( im vancouver both times) with a different cast. It just seamed slightly weaker of a performance, they didn't do that great of a job of casting this time.
I enjoyed the show. However, I missed some of the jokes. Everyone was laughing and I didn't know why. Have you ever thought of showing the words while they are singing like they do in Operas? Because the songs they are singing are not familiar it might be something to think about. In addition, your crowd is getting older. The cast did a very good job.
Everyone who is complaining here clearly didn't get the points of the play. One of the most entertaining and memorable experiences Ive had
I thought they would let up since it's broadway, but it was the comedy from South park everyone wants
We enjoyed this play/musical. it was more than entertaining, it was educational. I had studied the Mormon faith as a teenager and was reminded of why I chose not to join the church even though I was impressed with the emphasis on family, characteristic of those whom I knew were members of the church. The acting and singing were all top quality. The only drawback was a problem with sound logistics. While I could always here the sound from the stage, I frequently couldn't make out the diction. I wear hearing aids so I thought that was the problem but my partner has no hearing problems and she, to a lesser extent, found that the diction was lost from time to time.
I saw The Book of Mormon in 2013 and liked it enough to go see it again. This version was even better than I remembered. Young performers, great dancing and a whole new fresh energy to it. The only issue was that Ticketmaster only allowed electronic tickets on the phone. My device is older and I was unable to download the app. Luckily my wife's phone was new enough.
