  • I laughed until I cried! Hilarious!

Very well done production! Very impressed with the casting. Show is hilarious. I am very confident that the people next to us had no idea what the show was about and were offended.... which only added to the hilarity. I enjoyed it throughly and would see it again.

For me , it was a very unexpected story line with an incredible group of performers. This Broadway show had stunning stage props and production, and the musicians and performers were incredible.

  • Expect to be entertained

I love humor that shakes up the norm and the creators of the show are masters at it. Everyone who sees this show should be somewhat offended and that makes me smile. Well done.

  • AMAZING!

by Lizzy on 2024-11-23Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

Wow! This musical has been something I’ve wanted to see for a while now and I’m so happy that it finally came to Edmonton. I loved it so much it was hilarious. The stage set up and transitions were amazing. The cast and their performances and singing was incredible. I’d love to watch it again if they come back!

  • Audio was poor

by TS on 2024-11-23Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - EdmontonRating: 3 out of 5

The show and performers were very good however this is a show where you need to clearly hear the dialogue to catch the humour and understand what is happening. We were on the first balcony and found it very difficult to understand much on the dialogue, though the performance you could catch the general drift of what was going on but missed much of the humour. I saw this performance years ago, loved it and found it hilarious; this time I found myself frustrated that I could not hear the words being spoken or sung. I have provided my feedback to the venue so hopefully this can be corrected

  • Hilarious and so well done!

The show was incredible! So funny and well done. The cast did excellent.

  • Great but hard to hear

by Randi on 2024-11-22Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - EdmontonRating: 4 out of 5

Love this musical. Definitely one of my favourites. However, the audio was a little off. It was hard to hear what the performers were singing because the music was so loud/they weren’t singing loud enough. Hopefully they fixed that for the rest of the shows.

  • Incredible and Hilarious

by Tessa on 2024-11-22Northern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - EdmontonRating: 5 out of 5

I didn’t even know what that play was about and it was my first time seeing a musical live. I am BLOWN away by the set design, the performers, the lighting, and the audience!! Everyone was laughing and howling and cheering. It was amazing! The actors were so truly their roles that I forgot they weren’t their characters until they were bowing at the end! It’s was sooo good.

  • Best of the best

By far the funniest, most entertaining show I've been to (and I've been going to professional shows for 40+ years). I laughed so hard I cried.

  • A fun musical with an irreverent message.

by Lamsteiner on 2024-11-20Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Worth watching at least once! Audience did not always laugh at the some of the timed comments so I guess they did not understand the irony. Still very entertaining but some of the Mormon elder singing was off key with this show (last of the stop). I still would recommend seeing it if you haven’t!

  • Pretty Great

by VanMaam on 2024-11-20Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Book of Mormon is a fun show. This production was well put together- Arnold’s part was especially well delivered. The singing and dancing were very well done. Unfortunately, the sound seemed a bit muddy, and perhaps the performance a bit rushed- maybe because it was a matinee? For whatever reason, I felt the lines did not have as much impact, and some of the humour was lost. My partner suggested that the way performers were mic’ed caused all the lines to be more jumbled together, all coming from the same speakers. Nonetheless, it was high energy, and a fun afternoon.

Great musical with catchy tunes, but seriously dark comedy. I love it.

So much talent on that stage. From singing, acting, dancing. A powerhouse of music and comedy. One of the best shows I’ve seen in a while!! Loved it! 😍
