When The Fray first burst onto the scene in the early aughts, the Colorado-bred band introduced the world to a profoundly life-affirming form of alt-rock: timeless but inventive, arena-sized in scope but firmly rooted in raw emotion. Over the coming years, their soul-searching songwriting and high-powered sound led to earning four Grammy Award nominations, scoring a multitude of Billboard top 10 hits, and amassing a passionately devoted worldwide fanbase. Their single "How To Save A Life" spent a staggering 58 weeks on the Billboard Hot 100 and became the "unofficial theme song" for Grey's Anatomy. Rolling Stone praised their "stick-in-your-head hooks and eloquent narratives," while the LA Times called their music "melodically rich." The Fray's debut album How To Save A Life (2005) is certified double-platinum in the US and has been declared one of the best-selling digital debuts of all time.

I enjoyed Jack's Mannequin more than the Fray. I didn't get a chance to really see the first opening band - Vedera.
Great set list and awesome performance. Will see them next time they come by again for sure.
Vedera did a good job starting the show. Jack's Mannequin turned it up and was excellent, just wished they had played Into The Airwaves. The Fray put on a pretty amazing show unfortunately time seem to go by too fast. Overall great show.
Vedera was a VERY good opening act! That girl can sing! Jack Mannequin's music was good although the lead singer appeared to be so high on something that he was VERY annoying to watch!!! Definetely would not have missed them if they never played! The Fray was AMAZING!! Their music was great, and you could tell that all of them had a good appeciation for music! I would highly recommend their portion of the concert (and Vedera too)
I loved this concert! They are such a great band live!
When The Fray hit the Molson Amphitheatre in 2007 I saw it, thought it was fantastic, so much that I jumped on the opportunity to see them again, and they did not let me down! These days especially many performers are not as good live as on their CDs but I have to say The Fray sounds just as good, even better! The show was exceptional and I congratulate the band for their success and hope to have the pleasure to see them in Toronto again!
Jack's Manequin was not my cup of tea and never have been.... but the Fray demonstrated why they have had such widespread success over the past few years. They had amazing performance quality, stage presecense, and somehow, they were able to make the Molson Amphitheater feel like an intimate venue. If the Fray had a better opening band, this would have been a 5 star show.
Spectacular show. Isaac / the band were completely in tune and had a fantastic connection with the audience. Absolutely loved it. Never wanted it to end. In fact I went home to see where else they were playing and unfortunately nothing close enough.
I went to see The Fray with my boyfriend, not only was it the perfect genre of music for a romantic night out, the perfect setting and a wonderful live sound !! The Fray sounded as they do on their CD. I was rather AMAZED :) We love The Fray <3 Come to Toronto againn !!
I saw The Fray for the first time two years ago and didn't expect much from them but was pleasantly surprised and they quickly became one of my favourite bands. I have seen them twice since that show and this one was easily the best I've seen. They have gone from being a band with a small but loyal following to as band that can sell out arenas and is on par with some of the best acts out there. During this show Isaac really stepped up as a front-man and showed a real performance quality - on top of his voice being bang-on as always. The rest of the band was really into it and they also did their requisite cover - this time Heartless by Kanye West. I will buy tickets to see The Fray every time they come to town!
Missed The Fray the last time they were at the Molson Amphitheatre - not this time. Enjoyed Jack's Mannequin - great sound, great opening act. But The Fray was amazing! From start to finish, they were just awesome. Loved their sound and very quickly realized these guys are true performers in every sense of the word. Will definately be in the crowd the next time they come back to, or anywhere near, Toronto. Thanks for a truly memorable night.
The Fray put on a wicked show at the Amphitheatre. Issac Slade sings beautifully live and I think my favorite part was the cover of Kanye West's "Heartless." Incredible. Haunting and lovely, I would definitely watch them live again.
The Fray is the most romantic group in which just perfect for summers' concert to make more easy, recharge & relax. I'll hope you like it & so can you.
the Fray was amazing. their rendition of "heartless" was too cool. the set was amazing and they sounded great.
three great bands, one awesome night! richard swift, jack's mannequin, and the fray were all amazing with the energy just rising as the night went on. if you ever have a chance to see any of these bands in concert don't miss it!
I thought both the Frey and Jacks Mannequin put on a fantastic show. My girlfriend and I are still talking about it, even after about three weeks
The concert was absolutely amazing! I had the time of my life. The Fray are one of my fave. bands & I would deffenitly go and see them play again! :) Jack's Manequin were a great oppening band.xo
It was a pretty good show. The first band was so-so but Jack's rocked the place and the fray was even better, light show from the fray was impressing. Overall, I would highly recommend this show to anyone who enjoys "summer music", Outside show, nice temperature, great music :D.
It was my first time seeing The Fray live and I thought they were incredible! The band sounded amazing and I was very impressed with the visuals and set-up of the stage. However, what I was hoping to hear more of was a different take on their songs (so they didn't sound exactly like their album) and more audience interaction (they didn't speak much). Nonetheless, they got the crowd on their feet and performed non-stop. The warm, sunny weather also made for a great show -- had a few drinks with friends on the lawn. Would definitely see them again!
