Great band, wrong venue

I would definitely see them again but I hope to see them at a different venue. Danforth Music Hall, Horseshoe Tavern, Axis Club, Great Hall etc. would better suit their energy and style. The volume seemed muted, and the crowd stayed seated for the majority of the concert. The atmosphere just didn’t produce the concert feel I enjoy.
Would convince everyone to go to this concert

The energy from the band makes you want to get up and sing. I wish I could go again while they are still in Ontario. Best live performance I've seen and they need to release live versions of the songs, equally as good as the produced. Please come back for another tour!💙
Excellent concert
by K Jay on 2024-12-05Rating: 5 out of 5Re 2024 tour: I only knew a few of the Strumbellas‘ most popular songs, but I have to say that every song was excellent and catchy in its own way. The audience was up on their feet for most of the concert, dancing, singing, and having a great time. The lead singer is relatively new, but very charismatic and an excellent front man with an awesome voice. I highly recommend going, even if you don’t know their music. The only negative was a very folky, low-key warmup act. The singer seemed very sincere and genuine but unfortunately, there was none of the energy that the Strumbellas require to charge up an audience, so unless you like homegrown folk songs, I would recommend coming after their 30 minute set is over.
