  • The Tenors Vancouver Show

by Ron J on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

I've seen them numerous times and this was by far their best performance. The addition of the two new members allows them to do harmony that I haven't heard before. They've always been great singers but there was a stage presence this time which was unlike some or their other shows.

  • The Tenors Return

by Cdub on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

It was so entertaining with a mix of music from Motown to traditional Christmas. I enjoyed the two newcomers very much. The a capella was amazing. The sound from the first song nearly blew us out of seats in Row 19. Could’ve been a little less. After that it was fine. I left feeling happy and looking forward to next year. Merry Christmas to all.

  • Amazing....

by Safety Steve on 2023-11-29Rating: 5 out of 5

Wow... from beginning to end, wow. This was our 1st time experiencing the amazing talent of The Tenors at their Nov 26, 2023 Christmas concert event in Vancouver. It was absolutely phenomenal. Great chemistry between themselves, and the band, and such fantastic ability!

  • A Wonderful Show!

by Valet on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

The Tenors on November 26 was a truly great evening. The show was a great mix of stirring and moving Christmas classics with some motown and pop thrown in. It was easy to get into the festive spirit after such a show. Can't wait to see them again.

  • Too loud

by Darla on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Overall quite good but I really wonder why every concert has to be so loud. The band drowned out the singing at times and the singing sounded distorted due to the loudness. Really ruins things.

  • Great as always

by Seaner on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Great sound and always engaging ! Lots of fun! Might be nice to get a non-Christmas show…

  • The best one I've seen of the Tenors

by blackhawk dad on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

This concert and the new format was a breath of fresh air as they intermingled Christmas favorites with Motown, pop and crooner styles The new additions to the Tenors are true showmen, talented singers and fit like a glove with the Two originals All in all a very enjoyable concert and am already planning to attend again next year Merry Christmas Blackhawk dad

  • Not as good as usual.

by Happy on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 3 out of 5

A 3.5 score. The Tenors didn’t engage well and seemed disorganized during the first half of the concert. The sound system was too loud with a high pitch sound coming from one of the speakers. The second half was totally different. Good sound, very engaged and beautiful selection of music!!!!! Enjoyed the encore too!!!

  • A great start to the Christmas season

by Dale on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

The choice of songs, different music genres and of course the voices were great - including the choir. My only criticism is that every now and then bright lights flashed directly at the audience, and as a migraine sufferer, I had a headache by the end of the show.

  • An excellent time once again

by Mwhitty on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

We had a lovely evening. Thoroughly enjoyed our night. It was a memorable time once again with my mom.

  • Talented Tenors Let Your Voices Take Centre Stage!

by HAR on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Overall I enjoyed the performance but I think The Tenors should let their voices take front and centre over and above the accompanying musicians. I feel the accompaniment was much too robust and The Tenors were competing to be heard. Also the sound system didn’t do their voices justice. I heard too much popping and static on the microphones. The lighting was quite good except for the annoying bright lights periodically (way too often) shining directly into the audience.

  • Magical

by Cher on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

I have been going to see The Tenors for many years and absolutely love their Christmas concert. Each one of them have such amazing voices as individuals and you put them all together it becomes magical. You can’t help but be in the Christmas spirit after enjoying their concert. You put a smile on my face😊

  • A festive introduction to the Christmas Season

  • Pretty good

by EW on 2023-11-29Queen Elizabeth Theatre - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Great singers and voices, We were near the front of the balcony but their awesome voices were drowned out a lot of the time by the instruments and possibly poor acoustics (QE Theatre is known for having excellent acoustics) or unbalanced sound mixing among the tenors and instruments. The Christmas set was excellent and it was uplifting to hear some of the traditional carols. The supporting band/orchestra and background voices added a lot to the performance. Overall, a very enjoyable event.

  • Disappointing

by Bonnie on 2023-11-28Rating: 3 out of 5

I saw them 2 years ago and it was amazing. Harmonies were off on a few songs with new members tonight. Also, tickets said Christmas with the Tenors and I was expecting just Christmas songs like last time. I could have done without Coco Cabana.

  • Amazing Group!

by Rosalynne on 2023-01-07Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The Tenors are amazing! Fantastic voices, fun & lots of energy. They are a must see for all ages. Their concerts are incredible! If you ever have the chance, go and see them. You won't be disappointed!

  • The new Tenors

by D. L. on 2023-01-02National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 5 out of 5

I saw the original Tenors several times. I saw them without Remi (I still miss him). Now Fraser is no longer with the group. I was a little worried about attending the show with two new singers. I went with one of my daughters, who is not as big a fan of classical music as I am but she wanted to do it. I have to say that we both enjoyed it beyond our expectations. I like the two new singers very much. They seem to fit in well with Victor and Clifford, as if they have been doing this together for a long time. I will definitely go and see them again and again whenever possible.

  • Great show

by Bernard on 2023-01-02Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

A wonderful evening and fantastic group and solo performances. The two new additions to The Tenors are amazing and really have changed the dynamics of the group. Great voices and harmony and loved the addition of the doo wop moves. A super evening and Christmas gift to my lovely wife. The Toronto weather was horrendous but The Tenors made the trek downtown well worth it.

  • Unfortunately not able to attend.

    by D. H. on 2022-12-28Roy Thomson Hall - TorontoRating: 1 out of 5

The weather and roads were unsafe - we do not live in Toronto. Police advice was to stay off the highways. Lack of a full house must have been noticeable. Most unfortunate for all of us.

  • The Twnors

by SDM on 2022-12-28National Arts Centre / Centre national des Arts - OttawaRating: 4 out of 5

Christmas music was very good, we did not care for the non-Christmas songs in the middle of the second set.
