I mean there's a lot of different factors involved in enjoying a show. I was at the metropolis, if you're really short it's a bad place to be because the only way you will see anything is if you sit on the benches on the balcony. About the artist, he does sing really well he has a good voice, no doubt. I just personally was disappointed, I don't know what I expected but in my mind he just seemed to be a bit too distracted and came off self centered.
It doesn't really matter, he sang the right songs. His voice was pretty much showcased. If you like the weeknd, I guess it's worth it but I wouldn't pay again to see him live. I've been to a lot of shows and this just wasn't a memorable one. To be honest, a lot of people walked out after his first few songs. A lot of people seemed bored but maybe everyone was just high on something.
What bothered me the most is that his set was to end at 10:45 and when the DJ ended his set, it took 20 minutes to set up the stage and then another 10 minutes for him to make his grand entrance and it seemed a bit selfish to people who paid money and came out in bad weather mind you and you take your sweet ass time to get out... I didn't appreciate that.
But he's the artist, maybe he's going through some life crisis, maybe he was sick, maybe his body was weak from touring. I don't know. You might like it, you might not.
