Waited for ever for The Weeknd to take the stage and he only sang six or seven songs. Waste of time and money
This was seriously the best concert I’ve ever been to Abel was amazing 😍
All performers were amazing and The Weeknd put on a stellar show!!
i have loved the weeknd for years and i’ve wanted to see him forever. i had high expectations from such a talented artist and he exceeded them times 10. i recommend everyone go see him at any opportunity you have because he won’t disappoint. I know I will definitely go see him again whenever he tours next. thank you abel❤️❤️
Title says it all, I wish there were more songs but that’s cuz I’m obsessed but 12/10 concert regardless
The show was excellent, The Weeknd out did himself but when your floor seats can’t see the stage it was such a disappointment Spend all that money to see nothing.
I stg this was the best concert and night ever. Everything was immaculate
The concert itself was amazing, Abel put on a phenomenal show as always however... the venue was at the Rogers Centre and I wasn't very impressed with the $15 beer, the one person that I witnessed overdosing, and the tall guy in front of me who was blocking my view. Overall a great concert but hoping that next time certain things improve.
The concert venue was way too big. Therefor the stage was also way too big. I had floor seats and never actually saw him. He was always at the other end of the stage and it wasn’t that high so everyone in front of us made it Impossible to see . The security spent more time watching the concert then they did making sure people were in the right seat. The music was good but not worth the money for not being able to see anything
Super talented singer, amazing voice. I wish he would’ve performed some of his other songs but truly amazing great vibes.
SUCH AN AMAZING CONCERT I DONT THINK ANYTHING WILL EVER BEAT IT
This concert has been cancelled and postponed all through the pandemic. I had tickets since the beginning and have been waiting a while to see this concert! It lived up to the anticipation. From the fire, to the beautiful changing colour moon, the light up bracelets everyone received it definitely made up for things. And most importantly he sounded amazing, and really gave us a show. The only critic I have is the sound from the Rogers Centre, the music quality sounded weird
The organization of the event was great, I like how they checked bags to keep everyone in the event safe (even if that is just required from The Rogers Centre). The starting line up could have been better, I liked Kaytranada set but it was okay overall. The main event, The Weeknd made a great entrance and kept up with his stage performance. The lights, effects and fire was amazing. Only downfall was the lack of interaction towards his fans, I would say especially as it’s in the city where he’s from. I also wasn’t a fan of the shorten songs. Each song was only sung from the chorus. The show ended way earlier then I expected. For the price being paid you would expect to get to see and hear him for longer than an hour and half.
Great Show, Great Perfomance, great visual effects. Sounds was good, but NO control of the floor seating, everyone behind us rushed the stage as soon as he cam out.
I love watching the Weeknd progression from the Mod Club to the Skydome. Fantastic experience with a talented artist. There was a lot of love in the building. Thank you for the music. I lost my voice singing along.
Was awesome, great production, great sound, Abel’s voice is second to none in this generation. Set was unreal. Amazing atmosphere. Was happy with my seats too!
I'm a huge fan of the Weeknd and was able to score day-of tickets on the floor to his 2nd night in Toronto -- although the stage set-up was visually amazing, I feel like they forgot to consider screens for people on the floor especially those in the B section. He sounded great, but out of the 2 hours, he played, I probably saw him for a quarter of the show max. Had they incorporated more screens for fans to watch, it would've been a 5-star show ALSO NO ENCORE..??
The Weeknd/Abel was AHmaZing!!! I met fantastic ppl; made new friends. The the long wait at the check-in for VIPs at Gate 9a was a drag. We were supposed to be in the venue by 5pm, but were let in closer to 5:15 then had to line up again for another 15 min. to receive our Merch. There were no Small or Medium size T-Shirts available. I was given a wrist band that didn't light up. I wasn't given a VIP Lounge wrist band and was initially told to go back to Gate 13 to obtain one; that said, after communicating w/the manager, I was let in to the lounge. The photo/video booth wasn't working, but eventually someone was able to get it up and running. The 2 drink vouchers came in handy. Some glitches in the event, but I still had a fantastic time!
Great vocal performance against a backing track. Dancers were under utilized. Elaborate staging.
That was the most amazing experience—I have never been to a more moving or powerful show. Abel left it all on the stage. I would attend this concert again if I given the opportunity.
