Great concert from start to finish

by River56 on 2018-03-25Fallsview Casino Niagara - Niagars Falls

From the classic tunes to the new recordings an excellent time all around. They really rocked with a ton of energy. Vocals and musicians were top notch. Great entertainers who really seemed to be enjoying the night. Really liked that they did a few of the classic Argent band songs. Will see them again if they every come back to the area.

    Odyssey & Oracle

by Coastie61 on 2017-04-27Club Regent Event Centre - Winnipeg

I had not listened to this album for quite some time and it was great to hear the entire collection played live. The Zombies proved why this album is among the top of all time.

    Zombies out for blood!

by Stauch on 2017-04-25Club Regent Event Centre - Winnipeg

Enjoyed the show immensely! Witnessed a rare occasion as well when 5 original members graced the stage to play Odyssey & Oracle in its entirety. Colin Blunstone' s voice was impeccable and Rod Argent's keyboard wizardry outstanding. What a delight and treat to still be able to hear this music live at such a high performance level. Thank you to the promoters who hosted this show at Club Regent.

    The Zombies were incredible!!

by Rockergirl1 on 2017-04-24Club Regent Event Centre - Winnipeg

We've seen The Zombies in concert three or four times and while all concerts were great this one was the best! During the first set they played new material, not so new material, covers that they used to do when starting and old material; all were fabulous. The second set was the Odyssey and Oracle album from start to finish; fantastic!! They were joined by two original members for the second set. The musicianship and singing is amazing! Every member, whether original or a more recent addition, is hugely talented. Do not hesitate to see this show; you will enjoy every moment.

Not quite standing the test of time.

by Anon on 2017-04-24Commodore Ballroom - Vancouver

This is the second time we have seen the Zombies, first time they played their hits and filled in the show covering other artists materials of the day, it was great. This time not so much. First half was oldies and some new stuff. Second half was the full Oracle and Odyssey. While O&A may have been critically acclaimed 50 years ago, it did not pass the test of time in my view. Made for a long evening.

The Zombies played all of their best material as well as Odyssey and Oracle, their highly regarded album. They were bang on. Fabulous and really tight band and Colin Blunstone's vocals were stellar. Rod Argent was also terrific. A truly great show!

I really enjoyed the first set. They played almost all the favorites. Second set was ok but from an album I am less fond of.

    Zombies

by pocobass on 2017-04-05The Danforth Music Hall - Toronto

Right from the start you knew this was going to be a very special concert. The Zombies didn't disappoint, first set was the 2017 band and the original Zombies took the stage for the 2nd half with the 2017 band and did a note for note performance of Odyssey and Oracle.

    Brilliant performance!

by Meir on 2016-09-14Las Vegas golden nugget - Las Vegas

Saw The Zombies in Las Vegas Sept 9, 2016. Fantastic show! Great performances by Rod Argent on keyboards, including several solo's. Colin Blunstone still has an amazing, powerful voice and a very engaging stage presence. The show was 95 minutes in duration beginning with I Love You, which gAve Colin an opportunity to establish his vocal bonafides right at the start. If they perform near where you live don't miss the treat of seeing a group that formed before the Beatles-1961. They are certainly the best band still performing from that era and better than many from today.

    Zombies still kickin' it

by IbnBinIbn on 2013-03-07Métropolis - Montreal

Classy, fun performance, with a good mix of their classics, songs from other groups they've played with or covers, and stuff promoting their new album.

The Zombies still alive and kickin!

by stoneycanuk on 2013-03-05Molson Canadian Studio at Hamilton Place - Hamilton

Overall: Great evening that exceeded expectations Venue: Small, intimate and good acoustics Musicians: Rod Argent and Colin Blunstone still have it. Loved the sound of Rod's Hammond and Colin can still reach the notes that he did 50+ years ago. The bass player and guitarist were also very good. Songs: They play a mixture of songs (Zombies, Argent, Alan Parsons Project, etc) that all had a connection to the band. Final Comment: Rod and Colin were appreciative of the audience reception. They appeared to be enjoying themselves and gave song writing credit where credit was due especially to the original bass player Chris White.

Zombies arre an inspiration to us old folks

by Squasher on 2013-03-04Molson Canadian Studio at Hamilton Place - Hamilton

When I saw the geriatrics hobble on to stage I thought "this is not going to be good". They then proceeded to blow us away with amazing vocals and musicianship that few professionals half there age can match. Every track was a good one and the "hits" we all know were truly outstanding. Just a great show and the best value for money in a concert I've been to in years.

    ZOMBIES ROCK!

by AndyG on 2013-03-04Molson Canadian Studio at Hamilton Place - Hamilton

I'm a big fan of the 60's music. I did not become aware of the Zombies until the 80's. They have some really great tunes! I am glad to have seen these guys. They are in their late 60's early 70's ish but these boys still rock! I was blown away at how great their voices were! They were hitting all of the high notes and ducking none! Excellent musicians in the band as well!!! Their set list included songs outside the band but connected to the members. They had great stage 'manners' and very much appreciated their audience! It's was definitely a fun show!
