    Great Band, poor venue.

by C. K. on 2023-03-14The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

Band was excellent, vocals were spot on, guitar was great! Drum Solo? Caesars dropped the ball. The line up before the concert was half a kilometer long all the way through the Casino and out the other side. Over an Hour, and when we got in? The band was on their 5th song. Crap. Single line, one at a time, one person taking tickets? REALLY??? I guess it's because Caesars has never had a concert before? PERFORMERS TAKE NOTICE, THIS VENUE HAS PROBLEMS WITH CROWD ACCESS. It can't be because it's operated by the Government though...

    Great show as always!

Doesn't matter what lineup Lukather (and Williams) bring in, they always deliver the best show possible. Great songs made by great musicians.

So impressed with the band. Loved watching their solo's and the passion they had when playing. ALOT of energy these guys had. Sounded just like back in the day. Would go again!!

    Fantastic second to last performance

by C. on 2019-10-27Hackensack Meridian Health Theatre at the Count Basie Center - Red Bank

Toto delivered an outstanding performance on their second to last show! It was an honor and pleasure to be able to see them live before they call it quits, which is sad and disappointing. I thoroughly enjoyed the show as they sounded very much like you were listening to one of their recordings. They played almost all their hits as well as some newer music. Some solo performances as well which were fantastic. Very high energy right to the end of the show!!!

    toto ok

by concertgor on 2018-08-27The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

good sound, disappointed that they didn't play popular hits. Certain times the instrumentals dragged on too long. Didn't need to play other bands music when they have a 40 yr. selection to choose from. Crowd sat down most of the concert, they seemed bored.

    TOTO in Windsor was fantastic

by Geebs on 2018-08-26The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

Beautiful venue. Large but not too big. Acoustics where we sat were excellent. Band came out within 20 minutes of scheduled start and played a solid 2 hours. 8 terrific musicians who worked great together. One of the keyboard players came in on an emergency callup and had 2 rehearsals....this guy was fantastic, what a pro. He had some cameo numbers and didn't miss a beat. Each of them at some point got to showcase their skills with solos. They talked a little but not too much and told stories about the band , history of the songs etc. Made it more intimate and we got to know them. 3 of the original guys + (1 was away sick) and lead singer who has been with them since before the Toto 7 album. Played all of their best known music but also included lesser known numbers. Steve did a great job of his tribute song to George Harrison who he said inspired him to play guitar.

    Pros all the way

by TheRealHanson on 2018-08-26The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

For an eight piece band, they played extremely tight. One of the best concerts I've had the privilege of attending. If you have never seen Toto live - go. If you have seen them - go again

    TOTO is TOPS

by Stumbles on 2018-08-26The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - Windsor

Instrumentation and vocals were absolutely the best. All members of the group are terrific musicians and great performers. All band members had solo performances while other members took short breaks .Non-stop music for more than 2 hours.

    Another summer show!

by Totofan on 2018-08-16Sunset Station Outdoor Amphitheater - Henderson

Having experienced their first North American show a few weeks earlier in Vancouver, I was eager to see how the band had progressed since their opening date. I was not disappointed, and Xavier (keyboards) in particular had really found his niche in those few short weeks. The band was very tight, no hiccups and what really impressed me was that, despite the 104F temperature at showtime (it was outdoors), they played the full set, didn't try to shorten the setlist. Not only that, they really nailed everything. That first Vancouver show was really great, this one just a little better (aside from that brutal heat). Same great setlist, and I make no apologies for the fact they aren't playing those ten radio hits. They played most, just really dug into their catalog a little deeper. They are so much more than 'Africa', just sayin'... Met with the band before, after the show just hanging out, all were very personable. Lenny and Shannon in particular, indulged us as we questioned them about various drummers/percussionists. See them while you can, without Paich the band may not go on forever...

    ToTo was musically magical!

    by MUSICLOVER99 on 2018-08-06Moore Theatre - Seattle

ToTo was amazing! I have wanted to see this band for many, many years and was not at all disappointed! I travelled from Canada to see their show. Every single musician is extremely talented and together they are magical! Every song was amazing and they are one of the most musically talented bands I have ever heard, and I have been to hundreds of concerts. I would travel to see them again in a heart beat!

    40th Anniversary Tour

by Totofan on 2018-08-04The Centre in Vancouver - Vancouver

I can't believe they started the North American leg of their tour in Vancouver, so I only had a 4 hour drive to see this amazing band. This particular tour, 'Africa' is riding high on social media so there seems to be renewed interest in all things TOTO. That said, that song is to them what 'Stairway' was to Zeppelin; good, popular, but not necessarily indicative of most of their catalog, and certainly not their best work. So...this is not a greatest hits set list, many are there but 'disappointed' attendees cite that their favorite song(s) were absent. And I say, great, because after following the band for 40 years, I no longer need to hear the exact same 15 songs. Nobody will be disappointed with the quality and performance but I was thrilled to hear some new material (and YES, their last album was THIS year, not the early 80s). Fabulous sold-out show, 22 songs and no opening act; highly recommend!

    TOTO still going strong!

by NikCName on 2018-08-03The Centre in Vancouver - Vancouver

Sound levels were a little off at the start but improved after the first quarter. The half way point was the most enjoyable as they slowed it down, played segments of a number of their more obscure songs and added commentary. All in all, a great show!

I was disappointed overall. They hardly played any of their old big hits and I felt they spent too much time playing instrumental only music. Also I didn't like that they played another group's song for the encore. I left feeling unsatisfied.
