Train are a Grammy Award-winning rock band who have released 11 studio albums, selling over 10 million copies worldwide. Formed in San Francisco in 1993, Train released their self-titled debut in 1998, but they broke through to the mainstream with their 2001 follow-up, Drops of Jupiter, which became their first of six Top 10 albums behind their seven-time platinum single of the same name. To date, Train have logged six Top 20 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 and four No. 1 songs on the Adult Pop Airplay chart, including 2003’s “Calling All Angels” and 2009’s “Hey, Soul Sister.” The group has embraced various genres through collaborations with leading country artists like Martina McBride, Ashley Monroe and Tenille Townes, rapper Travie McCoy and pop singers such as Sofía Reyes and Cam. Train have gone on tour nearly every year since 1996, playing in over 25 countries and sharing the bill with the likes of Hall & Oates, Goo Goo Dolls and Jewel. As of 2024, the band is made up of founding frontman Pat Monahan, Taylor Locke (guitar and vocals), Hector Maldonado (bass and vocals), Jerry Becker (keyboards and guitar), and Matt Musty (drums).

Pat Monahan never disappoints & exceeded expectations with some awesome compilations & collaborations with his guests and some great covers. ❤️Train!!
Very enjoyable show - all three artists were great. I loved how Train brought Jewel as well as John Popper to perform with them. Sound was good, so I honestly have no complaints.
Train delivered a non stop 90 minute show. Did the hits and some new tracks off the new album. Budweiser Stage is a great place to see a concert and Train did not disappoint
What an amazing show! We missed the first act, so for us Blues Traveller kicked it off with incredible energy - the talent! And then Jewel. Wow. What a voice. Just as amazing today as years ago. And then Train came on and just amped up the energy to an entirely different level. Every act seemed to genuinely be enjoying themselves. The crowd was completely behind them and everyone just had a great time. Train is incredible live. Great voices, strong guitar… just a fabulous evening.

Best kind of concert. Fabulous sound and his voice is great. Did a few covers really well. Great with the crowd. Incredibly engaging. Everyone was singing and having a great time. Highly recommend!!!! Would see again in a minute.

The energy of the show was phenomenal. The opening act (I can’t recall their name) was decent but not fantastic. Blues travellers seemed like an odd mix to the group. Jewel came on and I have to say I would definitely go to one of her solo concerts. She was absolutely incredible and following her- nothing really measured up.

So much fun. Loved all the shenanigans on the stage, t-shirt toss, balls, etc. Great, fun and happy music. Loved every moment! Nice to see the other artists come out again and join in.

Amazing amazing concert! If only the venue could price drinks and food a little more reasonably!
Great concert, multiple people singing however Pat was definitely the star. He did a few from his new album, but it was mostly his older popular songs, and the crowed loved it. People were throwing their phones on stage and he was taking pictures with them while performing. Cool stage performance. All around great night!
Awesome concert, did different things, fun and entertaining with amazing musicians and fabulous singing voices. Well done. Thanks
Both goo dolls and train put on a great show fri night at cmca They were enthusiastic and played the songs the audience paid too hear Well done The only gripe I have is that the audience stood up the entire time for both shows Somehow this should not be allowed as we paid a lot of $$$$$ for a seat! Once again great show regardless
Goo Goo Dolls were nothing short of AMAZING! This was my 7th concert to see them. Their set was just TOO short! First time seeing Train and they were great! Both bands sounded AWESOME! Frontman Pat Monahan was very entertaining and fun!
Train puts on a great show. Darlings Waterfront Pavillion gets better and better each year
Despite a seemingly endless revolving cast of band members (Pat likes to fire people), Train put on a flawless show at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion. For those negative reviews I’ve seen regarding the venue, I can only imagine that its seniors that used to soft seater venues. No issues with this venue at all!!
