About

Train are a Grammy Award-winning rock band who have released 11 studio albums, selling over 10 million copies worldwide. Formed in San Francisco in 1993, Train released their self-titled debut in 1998, but they broke through to the mainstream with their 2001 follow-up, Drops of Jupiter, which became their first of six Top 10 albums behind their seven-time platinum single of the same name. To date, Train have logged six Top 20 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 and four No. 1 songs on the Adult Pop Airplay chart, including 2003’s “Calling All Angels” and 2009’s “Hey, Soul Sister.” The group has embraced various genres through collaborations with leading country artists like Martina McBride, Ashley Monroe and Tenille Townes, rapper Travie McCoy and pop singers such as Sofía Reyes and Cam. Train have gone on tour nearly every year since 1996, playing in over 25 countries and sharing the bill with the likes of Hall & Oates, Goo Goo Dolls and Jewel. As of 2024, the band is made up of founding frontman Pat Monahan, Taylor Locke (guitar and vocals), Hector Maldonado (bass and vocals), Jerry Becker (keyboards and guitar), and Matt Musty (drums).

  • Fantastic concert

by SunnyDays on 2023-08-25Rating: 5 out of 5

Opening act was excellent - Parmalee put on a good show with great vocals! Pat M led Train in an outstanding performance - his crowd interaction, personality and spectacular vocals made this a perfect show. He is a true showman seldom seen in this era. His son Rock joined him onstage twice - a set of PIPES for an eleven year old. This kid can sing!! Dad was proud and it was a moment!! Glad to have witnessed this event - a perfect night!

  • An awesome concert!!

An awesome evening of music!! The OLG Stage is a phenominal venue and the Train was thoroughly enjoyable. I wasn't familiar with their opening act (Parmalee) but they were also very entertaining and worth seeing.

Our 4th time seeing Train. Concert was fantastic. Crowd was a bit dead as much as Pat did a great job engaging the crowd. We loved seeing his son on stage. Such talent already🤗

This show was one of the best sounding concerts I have ever seen and I can assure you at 58 years old I have seen the best of the best As a fellow musician and entertainer I say WTG Train. Can’t wait to see you again

  • Great opening act, and even greater better show!

by Jan on 2023-06-30Rating: 5 out of 5

Loved the opening act, thunderstorm, who has a long history, with Pat Monahan, the lead singer of train. That just said it’s up so nicely for Train. I last saw them at Caesars in 2015. They have a lot of new songs, but they made sure that they played all the old favorites, including “marry me,” which was fortunate for the man who took the opportunity to propose during that song. Lots of great energy. Really enjoyed the show.

This night was magical. A lovely surprise with Thunderstorm Artis as an opener. Wasn’t expecting this. Train was phenomenal. All the favourites and their new song. People were singing, dancing and just happy. A great evening.

It was an amazing concert they were so energetic and seemed to be loving the crowd there to see them. However kind of disapoointed that their attention was directed to the main floor crowd and no mention of the ones sitting higher up in the mezzanine seats

The concert itself was great. We enjoyed the performance very much. However, the Colloseum is starting to put down way too many rules, restrictions and nonsense. Concerts have always been my preference of entertainment. We go, as adults, to enjoy the music, dance and get as close as we can to the stage, especially when you buy tickets 5 rows from the stage. Restricting access to the stage for the first 2 front rows only is ridiculous. There was lots of room there for many. Then, half way through the concert we are allowed to go up!!!!! That is nothing but control, absolutely nothing about safety. This world had better get off the woke and obey TRAIN soon or we are all doomed. Wake up people and stop following the nonsense of the elite trying to overcontrol this world.

  • Train!

I truly enjoyed seeing Train at the Coliseum at Caesar’s Windsor. The venue is dynamite and the show was one of the best I’ve seen in a long time! I’d see them again in a heartbeat!!

  • Great show

We loved Train, Pat Monahan was very gracious in taking selfies with the audience and giving away T-shirts. Great band, great show, we loved everything about it.

  • Always fabulous

Train NEVER disappoints. This is my 9th time seeing them. And opening artist Thinderstorm Artis was AMAZING! Cant wait to one day see him as a headliner.

  • If you can, go see Train in concert

by FrankieN on 2023-06-27The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - WindsorRating: 5 out of 5

Due to a sudden change in plans, I ended up at the concert alone. I almost didn’t go! But I’m sure glad that I did. The music and the stage lighting was everything I could imagine and more. Train is one group you must see live. What a show!

  • Amazing!

by em on 2023-06-27The Colosseum at Caesars Windsor - WindsorRating: 5 out of 5

Amazing show! Sound as great in person as they do on the radio, interacted with audience, talented, and cool that so many different demographics love their music. I've never seen an artist more than once, but I will definitely be seeing them again! My mom and I had a blast

  • Way better than expected
