We really enjoyed this concert and venue. A great band to see live.
Performance was solid, the sound was excellent and the band worked the crowd great. Tonnes of energy from the band. They are the best thing to hit the scene in a long time. That being said, it felt weird being done at 10:15pm - I don't think I've ever left a rock concert that early. Plus, they went on at least 15 minutes earlier than the box-office stated so we missed a bunch of songs. Kinda ticked, since we drove 6.5 hours to get there, but it was still worth it.
This was an awesome concert, i thoroughly enjoyed it !
Probably the most intense concert I've ever been to. They are super energetic and the music live just blows you away. They absolutely kicked ass!
loved it, from the openning acts to the encore!!! Freakin' awesome!!! Best band I've heard in a long time, not a bad show either. only thing that could have made it better was if I was right down on the floor with the rest of you crazy hoolagans, but considering my 5 year old daughter came to rock out with me and my husband I think we were better off in our seats. Couple more years and we'll have her moshing like a champ!!!!
Good opening acts.....solid rockin' music to set the stage for Wolfmother to come out and kick some serious ass!! The only drawback was the overwhelmingly distorted bass waves of sound kicking around from all the instruments and bluring the sound to an unbelieveably loud, headache-inducing mash of noise...........luckily i brought earplugs though so it actually sounded fantastic for me!!
All three bands were great, lots of interplay with the audience. Sound at Q.E. was awesome. We need more concerts there!
loved wolfmother!! best concert i have ever seen! i would see it again!!
This was by far the most unforgettable concert ever!! It was absolutely amazing. Wolfmother is a must see for anyone interested in rock.
They came, they played they tore the place down! Sounded great!
Good energy very loud, sound was amazing. Opening bands were very good
This concert is definitely in my top 3 concerts of all time and I have been to my fair share of concerts! The crowd was wicked, the music was insane and every part of the whole thing was wild! Awesome bar, sound system has great quality and it was a full house! Wolfmother can come to town anytime and i'll be there front and center!
Wow, such a perfect venue for Wolfmother, the seating was excellent and sound was great, except for the few minor technical issues they had at the start. Their sound was very distinct and convincing that they were here to rock the house. Ian played a Zeppelin track on the keyboard during one song that is imprinted in my mind! Biggest down fall of the night didn't come from the band, rather the Queen E. security staff! Have they ever been to a rock concert before? They need a lesson in crowd control!
excellent show form the openers to wolf mother themselves. intense energy and the pure rock chaos of the ending. great show
even though there were a few sound issues, Wolfmother still put it all out there on the stage. I came to rock and that's what I did.
Good concert with lots of energy and good set list. Venue was too small for that band if they had a bigger floor the concert would of had a bigger turn out
Good music, too loud for my liking at times, it ruins the sound quality. The seats had a little too much vomit in places.
This was my third Wolfmother show, but the first with the new lineup. I think the guys were having a bit of an off night, and Stockdale didn't seemed impressed. He was much quieter between songs than any other show and seemed like they were only there to play a few songs and leave. The show seemed to come up short, especially considering they now have two albums to play from, and not all the new songs were played. Wolfmother was on at 22:00 and we left the theatre after the show at 23:30. Some guitar trouble during one of the songs but Stockdale handled it like a pro. While sitting fourth-row dress circle, it put us right in front of the speaker array, giving us a very distorted sound - sometimes the sound melded into one ear piercing screetchng noise and couldn't hear the lyrics. Perhaps not a bad thing for some, however I've heard Wolfmother with a more quality sound overall in the past. The venue gets 1 star for a Wolfmother show. You need baricade for the young people, as the end of the show got a bit out of control with the crowd jumping on the stage.
Absolutely rocked. They put on one of the best shows I have been too. The bass player is a nutcase and amazing.
Bare bones old school rock show. Went on stage and kicked ass with talent and coolness.
