Their 1970s albums The Yes AlbumFragileClose To The EdgeYessongs (a triple live album set), Tales From Topographic OceansRelayer and Going For The One were ground-breaking in musical style and content. Their music also became synonymous with artist Roger Dean whose distinctive YES logo design and artwork adorned the lavish gatefold presentation sleeves of many YES albums.

With sales of over 50 million records, the Grammy-award winning YES were inducted into The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 2017 where they performed Roundabout from the album Fragile and the FM radio-friendly Owner Of A Lonely Heart from the 1985 album 90125.

    Great Show!

by silleb on 2019-06-27Budweiser Stage - Toronto

A peek at the past with some of the bands in tact. Carl Palmer and Steve Howe were amazing displaying great energy. I was pleasantly impressed with the catalogue of songs and Arthur Brown was a gas!

    Instrumentally solid, vocals big letdown

by Spence on 2019-06-27Budweiser Stage - Toronto

Great to hear the amazing instruments and creative genius . I felt the vocals were disappointing . It appears to me to be a case where the CEO (instrumentalists in this case) hires a Friend (Vocalists) and has a difficult time making a move when it does not work. A sad legacy for the genius that went into the wonderful music created so long ago. John Anderson type may be difficult to replace but I felt Journey was able to find the right person. What I felt was the like seeing the Rolling Stones with Mick Jagger being substituted by someone who just didn't get it. I really hope you can fix this because your music deserves better.

    Amazing, just amazing

    by Wildwolf1971 on 2019-06-27Budweiser Stage - Toronto

One of the best concert I have ever been to. Where can you go to see so many people and band that are in the rock and roll hall of fame at one time other then the rock hall. the upgrade on the ticket help a lot as well. And seeing Steve howe play as well as the great Carl Palmer, like wow?

One of the best Yes cover bands.

by timmitra on 2019-06-27Budweiser Stage - Toronto

I’ve seen Yes several times since the 70’s. The classic line up (w/White), with both Jons on lead vocals, and now without Squire — huge loss. The best part of the show is Steve Howe’s acoustic guitar solos — hands down. TBH Anderson, Wakeman & Rabin is a better show. If it weren’t for Howe’s playing I’d think about passing next time.

A Royal Experience -- Missed A Few Royals

by Rocky on 2019-06-27Budweiser Stage - Toronto

ELP Legacy Tour. John Lodge plays Moody Blues. Asia. Yes. A prog rockers dream night. And although it wasn't a nightmare, it wasn't quite the wet dream expected. Things started off horribly wrong with a rough vocal performance by the frontman attempting to sing ELP's Karn Evil 9 Impression 2. Carl Palmer and band should stick to instrumental pieces, which were wonderful. John Lodge was a pleasant bonus and delivered a set worthy of royal approval. ASIA delivered exactly what you'd expect from ASIA -- a reminder of why they were always considered "prog-light." YES. Yes yes yes, what can we say. Without Mr. Anderson, the band will never quite measure up despite a valiant effort by the current vocalist. But outside of not playing Heart of the Sunrise, the set list was good; the "Imagine" cover was unnecessary despite the Alan White connection. Overall, they don't need to abdicate -- just know that, without the Lakes, the Palmers, and the Anderson's and Squires, you can't fully claim allegiance to this Royalty.

    Lots of Great Music

by jacwlc on 2019-06-27Budweiser Stage - Toronto

Loved the show except for Yes - too many long drum and guitar detours. Rest of the show was great. Super to go back in time to the hits of ELP, the Moody Blues and Asia. Everyone sounded good and I appreciated the selection of material.

    Underwhelmed

    by J. C. on 2019-06-27Budweiser Stage - Toronto

I had high hopes for this show but left a bit disappointed. I am not going to rag on these great musicians as they all deserve to be in the R&R HOF. Put it this way, I should have kept up with YES and the current lineup. I was bored apart from 3 songs. I wish them all well.

    Ignore the naysayers!

by Chris on 2019-06-27Budweiser Stage - Toronto

This band is Yes... Steve Howe is still a magical guitar player, and Jon Davis on has put his own stamp on the iconic Jon Anderson vocal style. I never thought I'd get to hear some of these songs live, so feeling very blessed for the entire Royal Affair!

Way to loud! Sound system not set up for venue.

by Grammajs on 2017-09-11Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Not sure if it was our seat position. It volume on mic was set way too loud for intro act. Also many obsure songs that yes enthusiasts wouldn't recognize since we didn't buy the tickets for the opening act. It was way too long. Yes was great!

    Yes Yes Yes!

by Faceinthecrowd2 on 2017-09-11Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Yes was great ...played many of their classics. Steve Howe is a guitar magician. The lead singer had the perfect "YES" voice, I could not tell it wasnt Jon Anderson.

by Blkjck on 2017-09-11Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Todd Rundgren stayed way too long as the opening act. Yes seemed to be going through the motions. Time to come off the road.
