HSBC Vancouver Sevens Tickets

Why do we need blaring, canned music during every break in play? It's not a hockey match! It does nothing but blast the ear drums and cause headaches. I'll bring ear plugs next time. But the all-time low was the drag queen - He (she?) disgusted me at the stadium and has given me nightmares since. It had nothing to do with rugby. I can only surmise that those who planned and arranged the so-called entertainment have no experience of rugby culture. In future just keep to the rugby and let crowd spontaneity provide the entertainment.

What a fun time watching Rugby 7’s! Love the festive atmosphere and silly costumes. Food and drink decent. We were in General Admission seats on the upper level. The only negative is that upper level is dirty. Not just dirty from the day before but grungy. It really needs a clean from the seats, stairs and ledges.

Would definitely go again - finals day is my fav part of the weekend.

The rugby was great as always. I was a bit shocked at the anti-drinking policy (beer was $16/pint apparently) but once I got used to the idea of rugby without beer, I quite enjoyed it. Although they did make me pour out my flask of tea on arrival which was annoying.

Amazing athletes, great atmosphere, fabulous entertainment, crowd full of characters, class event that I will attend again and again!

Refreshments over priced. Bars stopped serving alcohol way too early

This is by far the best sporting event Vancouver hosts. Nothing can compare to this at all. Only complaint is that alcohol is only served at 11am (i understand why) and that the cost of beers are so expensive but that's expected from an event at BC Place. Such a good time this year!!

Amazing crowd, unbelievable atmosphere. BC place and the city of Vancouver do an amazing job of hosting this unreal event!

This was my first time going to the Sevens and I have to say it was more fun that I thought it would be. I was actually disappointed I didn't have tickets for the second day. I would highly recommend this event even if you are not interested in rugby, you will be after going.

Amazingly fun sporting events. 7s is fast, exciting, easy to follow and a lot of fun to watch. Countries from all over the world come together to cheer on their squads making an almost Olympic feel to the event. Add in “fancy dress” which are costumes and it’s a wild and wonderful weekend. If you’ve never gone, go! Seriously this is the best sporting event in Vancouver.

What an incredible experience for myself and 10 students that came down to watch Canada's elite Rugby players play to the best of their ability during 7's against the top teams in the world. Now, that is a history lesson!! you cant teach that in a classroom!

The event was great. The ticketing process was universally frustrating. More conversations about this then anything else. If anything would keep me from coming to a large group event with in and out privileges it is the ticketing process. Also maybe souvenir beer cups to cut down on the waste.

This was such a great time, exciting, fun & entertaining. The crowds are social and there to have a good time. The prices at BC Place are outrageous and food upstairs was cold or overcooked so I would eat from downstairs next time. But overall a super amazing time.

Been to all 3 sevens in Vancouver and love it. My wife enjoys it as well. Lots of great action on the field as these players are amazing athletes to do what they do in a weekend. The crowd is fantastic as well. They cheer on all the teams, have great costumes and provide a great atmosphere for all involved. The bonus is we meet great people from all over the world.

It was another action packed weekend of 7s Rugby. I loved every minute of it. I would recommend it to anyone who loves a good time.

seat are hard and cramped, Not all sports fans are the size of jockeys. Once again BC place couldn't keep up with the number of fans who stayed all day at the event, shortage of coffee in the mornings and the bathrooms were less than neat. Also a heads up would have been appreciated about the rules for metal drink containers which were not allowed this year- empty coffee mugs- water bottles_, might have limited the amount of trash in the seating areas.The band was earsplitting and the two interviewers were hard to hear. Don't you have a sound tech? Next year I will bring ear plugs. I had to leave my seat when the band played and go to the concourse area

Had a blast at the rugby 7s. Face paint the first day, costumes the 2nd. Can't wait for next year.

Speed, agility, competition made for excellent entertainment and fun. I would go again in a minute and recommend it to all my friends!!

First time attending and relatively new to the sport. The entire event was fantastic. Games were fast paced and exciting, crowd was brilliant with singing, costumes and flags. One of the best live events I’ve ever been to. Will be back next year!

Amazing, best value in entertainment around. 2 Days of incredible sports action. 45 total games, people from all over the world came to see this. I have gone for all 3 years its' been in Vancouver and fully intend to go for as long as it keeps coming back. Words can't begin to explain the atmosphere the crowd brings, the noise, the costumes even the playfull banter between fans of various countries represented. Won't miss out on this ever!
