Anastasia (Touring) Tickets

First half was really tough to sit through; scenes could have been shortened (IMO). Second half was great and really funny. Overall pretty good but not great.

The cast is incredible! Cannot recommend this show enough enough.

I bought my sister these tickets for Christmas and then Covid canceled the show so when we chose to wait an extra year instead of getting a refund we were super pumped for this show. The production, setting, backdrops and props were amazing. The singing was incredible. My only heartbreaking issue was that you cast someone who looked nothing like Anastasia at all. As someone from Russian descent I was really disappointed that you cast everyone as history and the cartoon movie depicts but the main character, Anastasia. Anastasia was a real historical figure and the least you could have done is have her look the part.

It was an awesome experience. I love the ballet part. My daughter was able to get all signatures of the main cast characters. Lucky enough to meet them they are so accomodating.

What a great cast! Amazing performances! So so so sad to see that even the theatre has become digital. They ever changing screen backdrops were distracting and it felt like you were watching a movie…. Very disappointing.

The visuals were amazing! The whole experience was amazing, really enjoyed it.

Loved every moment of it and I am very happy that I made it. I took one star off for the lack of program. I knew that there was an online but it would have been nice to have a free or low cost hard copy program even if the quality of the paper and/or decoration was not the best. The shop was selling a luxurious program for $50. It was a bit too much. Having a physical program in front of us, we are more likely to read it and learn more about it. Thus, it is it is more beneficial to have a hard copy program handy. If someone did not want to take it, it can be recycled or reused. Please consider it for the future show.

My daughter, who is 25 years old and I went to this play. Overall we were disappointed about the performance. Some individuals who were singing were not very good. I know this was a musical, however, too much singing. Especially as some performers were not good singers! We have been to a few Broadway shows and this one was disappointing. Also, which did not help the situation, we had a small child next to us (probably 5 years old) and another child behind us (about the same age), who could not sit still, was kicking our seats, talking and was becoming annoyed as it was getting late. Our performance started at 8 pm. We select this time on a weekday to avoid this situation. Matinees are a better time for children to attend these performances (especially if they are very young) so all attendees can enjoy the show.

It was a very well executed show, Vlad & Lily were hilarious. Loved the actor for Gleb. Only wish the actor for Dimitri had a bit of a deeper voice. The theatre staff were very good and the theatre itself was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful performance with lots of outstanding actors. Especially Christian Mcqueen voice. Breathtaking. We are glad that we got to expiernce Anastasia. Beautiful evening and well worth while

Stellar show with great cast of amazing voices. This stage with the digital moving background displays was phenomenal. And of course the Romanoff dancing scenes as well as their dresses were fantastic.

the music dancing and cast were excellent! but slow in areas! 3 hours too long!

The whole production was absolutely amazing, the costumes, singing, acting, the runtime, all of it was perfect.

Talent and theatrics was good, but overall the story was giving Disney with minimal substance considering the potential.

I've been listening to the OBC Recording for a few years and am so glad they did a tour so that people all over North America could see this musical! It fully lived up to expectations, the cast and crew did an incredible job of bringing the story to life!

My daughter has watched the movie since she was young. She is now 26. She loved the costumes and the songs. We had perfect seats so we got to see all of the stage. It was an amazing night.

Everything was great; the music, the performers, the background sets, the Calgary venue. I am really glad that I went to see this production.
