  • Emotionally Elevated

by Joe James on 2024-10-06Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Not knowing this was Beabadoobee's first "arena"show, it ended up being a very special, magical night. The band was excellent, the crowd completely into it, and Bea's vocals and guitar work fantastic. Each song exploded off the stage and the show got grander and greater as the night progressed. The expertly executed fan project brought Bea to tears, of the happy kind, and the crowd responded with even more love. A wonderful concert experience from a band that's only going to grow stronger and greater. Happy to be a part of this special evening.

bea’s one of my fav artists of all time and im so happy i got to see her the second time! the second time at the coca-cola coliseum (toronto) was definitely a better experience than the first! the stage lights, the openers, and her overall performance was amazing! if she ever goes on tour again, i’d say it’s definitely worth going to one of her concerts

  • Awesome first concert

by Minnie on 2024-09-21Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

My two girls saw this show for my youngest 12th birthday. They had an amazing time. The only thing that was disappointing was they were unable to see the star due to the stage decor. Their seats overlooked the side of the stage, and weren't able to see the star until they dropped the white fabric back drop.

  • NO VIP LIne in Toronto 😿😿😿

by LushSpaceCadet on 2024-09-21Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Overall I would give Bea's Toronto Concert 4 out of 5 because Beabadoobee' s performance helped me forget all the negatives that happened before and during the show. 1) There was no VIP line up for the Toronto Beabadoobee Show 😿😿😿 I bought VIP GA tickets for $345 and the early entry access for GA was not honoured by the venue. That was the main selling point for getting the expensive VIP ticket bc during the pre-sale it says VIP tickets would have early entry access along with VIP merch. 4-5 hours before doors a venue staff member was setting the signs for the venue and told us there was no VIP line. What was soooo funny is the venue Coke Coliseum changed their mind like 15 mins before the doors to setup a VIP line but at that point it was already way tooooo late because the line up was already soooo massive and there was no time to organize a proper VIP line. So what ended up happening was 1 line with both regular GA and VIP GA entering the venue single file. So basically Coke Cola Coliseum messed this one up. Sooo many who bought VIP felt very disappointed and mislead, we felt we got scammed. 2) Some fans who are not following concert etiquette were very annoying during the show Unfortunately, the concert etiquette for Bea's show has gone downhill since Beatopia tour. I was at barricades for this show and there was a group of guys behind me centre left of the stage who were disturbing, pushing, very disrespectful and very loud for no reason. They were all annoying the fans around them. I actually tried to talk to them during the openers and asked them nicely to follow concert etiquette but the one loco guy who was part of the group told me he will not follow concert etiquette when Bea comes on stage right in my face. So basically I feel these fake fans come to Bea's show to intentionally be annoying to everyone and also to the performer. Before this show Bea already addressed the annoying fans in her livestreams but still they all choose to ruin the experience for others which is quite sad. But good thing after the first 5 songs the fake fans lost their voice and energy and I was able to enjoy the show! The unnecessary screaming, shouting, being loud and pushing thankfully stopped around the 5th song of the set! 🙏🙏🙏 3) Bea's Performance I've seen all 5 of Bea's shows in Toronto since 2019 and the Sept 15, 2024 show is the best ever Beabadoobee Toronto show so far. The lighting and stage design went up 10000% compared to the Fake It Flowers tour and Beatopia tour where there was no light or stage design. The setlist was insane and the songs flow perfectly. Starting with California into Talk and ending the show with The Way Things Go and sending off the crowd with See You Soon. Also Beabadoobee's band is incredible with the lovely Eliana on Bass, Jacob on the lead guitar and Luca on drums and the one and only Bea on Vox and guitar. It was a very tight knit band they seemed to be all very close friends and it showed during their performance. What separates Bea from other popular solo artists is her amazing band which elevates her live performance and shows! We hear live instruments and live vocals and very little backtracking or playback. Bea and her band looks like they are having sooo much fun performing on stage, I can't wait for the next Beabadoobee show in Toronto hopefully in 2025! The Beabadoobee show is my best show of 2024 despite all the negative things that happened from the VIP line being cancelled and some annoying fans at the show. Bea helped forget all those things and I had sooo much fun! See You Soon Bea! 🙏🙏🙏😺😺😺

  • Bea was great, the venue on the other hand…

by em on 2024-09-20Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

Loved beabadoobee she was great, the band was great and so was the openers. My issue was with the venue itself. In my opinion, it was way to small for everyone to enter. The line for merch was not well organized as I waited an hour and a half and I know people who waited longer before the show and after or couldn’t den get merch. Plus people kept cutting into the line so it made things worse. I also expected there to be a screen inside the venue because I saw other concerts at coca-cola coliseum displaying screens so I was surprised. I think Bea could honestly fill a bigger venue but overall the vibes were good and I’m lucky to get merch.

I was in the pit and everyone’s lovely and clearly having a great time. Felt bad because we made Bea cry twice but it was sure memorable for all of us. To more sold out arena, B!

  • A SENSATION

by Joanna on 2024-09-18Coca-Cola Coliseum - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Beabadoobee was an impeccable artist to witness in real life! Her music, comments, and stage aura were all perfect. She kept the audience feeling relaxed and in sync with the emotions correlating to the song. Her merch had many selections (many complimented on how cute they were) and enough stands for everyone to have a chance to purchase. Only con of this concert was that there were no screens provided by the venue. It would've been better to have them especially for those who bought tickets farther from the screen. I would definitely opt to see her again in her future tours!
