Beach House (Victoria Legrand and Alex Scally with drummer James Barone) bring their overwhelming, cinematic live show to The Tivoli.
Baltimore-based Beach House released 7, their 7th full-length record, on Mistletone (Australia) and Sub Pop (worldwide). They have been a band for over 13 years and have written and released a total of 77 songs together. Beach House last toured Australia in 2016, with a Sydney Opera House show described by The Music as “testament to the band’s enduring commitment to creating unforgettable sonic experiences”. Love this band and their very cool dreamy style. It was a pleasure to see them finally in concert. Haven't been to a concert at Kool Haus in a while and forgot that it actually is a decent venue. Very cool visuals and stage presence.
It was a really nice event and loved the merch. The sweater is a steal for the price/quality! They sound even better live! Love em
I had an amazing time at the show!! Beach House is one of my favorite bands and last night they totally rocked the stage. They are better live then in recording. I'm so happy I was able to see them for a second time in Vancouver. I thought the Rickshaw was a great venue for them, however I thought the sound at Richard's on Richard's (last February, 2009) was better. I still wouldn't have missed it for the world!!! Come back soon!!!
I have a girl crush on the singer. Amazing voice! Also first time at the Rickshaw and I was impressed.
First time at the Rickshaw - had hesitations becasue of the area. Totally unfounded. Very safe - even for a girl attending solo. The performance was brilliant. So worth it! I will def. be attending more shows at the Rickshaw and naturally cannot wait for Beach House to return to VANCOUVER!! :D
Great Show..... I can't recommend this band enough.....
These guys are awesome live. Amazing Voice. Opener, Bachelorette, was also great. Good venue too.
