BEAR'S DEN IN CONCERT:

London folk-rock outfit Bear's Den have been steadily capturing the hearts of hipsters everywhere with their warm harmonies and guitar-driven sound. The bearded and flannel-wearing trio combine thoughtfully crafted lyrics with intricate banjo licks, and their live shows are full of the same raw emotion that's evident on their dazzling recordings. One of the UK's hottest must-see acts, Bear's Den are sure to impress on their latest tour, where they'll treat concertgoers to hits like "Sophie" and "Sahara Pt. II" along with their unparalleled rendition of Drake's "Hold On, We're Going Home".

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Bear's Den is comprised of longtime friends Andrew Davie, Joey Haynes, and Kevin Jones, who combined their wide musical influences to arrive at the band's ecclectic folk-rock sound. Drawing inspiration from a variety of legendary acts ranging from Michael Jackson to Elvis, the band released their breakout EP Agape in 2013, giving fans a taste of their emotive music and earning significant press from several mainstream publications like Rolling Stone and Paste Magazine. After spending time on the road with Matt Corby and Mumford & Sons, Bear's Den returned to the studio to record their shining 2014 full-length debut  Without/Within, a heartfelt release that proves they're a rising new force within the folk-rock community. Hot off the heels of a North American headlining tour, Bear's Den return to the stage for a number of UK and European dates, treating fans to their prized collection of hits.

    Music is fantastic and the energy is amazing. They truly just enjoy playing and it comes through in their shows. Just amazing. I’d travel anywhere to see them again!

    We have not been to a concert other than small shows in 10 years. But when I saw Bears Den would be in Toronto we planned a trip. Bears Den did not disappoint. Great show from beginning to end. They played a great mix of new and old. The venue was great. We had seats in the balcony and it was super easy to access and exit the venue.

    These guys were INCREDIBLE. Talk about true musicians. The band was the show. they didn't need fancy stage lights and theatrics to engage you. I mean these guys played acoustic and then came out for an encore in the middle of the floor standing area. It was so impressive, personal and memorable. I can't wait to see this band again and again and again.

    Bears Den made having a later Tuesday night out with it. Despite a somewhat short set (they wrapped by 1030) and a really truly awful lighting set, they played a decent mix of songs and sounded great!

    The Newport Music Hall in Columbus Ohio is a small dingy place that could use some work. This didn't affect the experience that this band creates. Absolutely recommend seeing this band live.
